PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore

Out of 6 nights in Singapore, we stayed 4 nights at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore and 2 nights in Sentosa. This downtown hotel is very close to the MRT, right next to Marina Square and Suntec City, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from Marina Bay Sands and the Merlion. From our room, we could see Marina Bay Sands, the Merlion, Supertree Grove, and the Singapore Flyer. At night, when the lights come on, the entire bay is beautiful. Having breakfast in the garden atrium, with the crisp chirping of birds, felt like living in a breathing garden.

The hotel's location is quite convenient. You can access the mall directly from the 4th-floor lobby via a spiral staircase. The room isn't huge, and the facilities are a bit compact, but everything you need is there. The service was unsatisfactory. Upon check-in at night, we were told our luggage had already been sent to the room, but when we got there, it wasn't. We called room service to help find it, and it took 20 minutes for them to call back and ask for our luggage tag number. After that, there was no further communication. We had to follow up once or twice more before our luggage finally arrived an hour later. We needed to get up early for a flight the next day and were looking forward to resting, but our rest time was delayed, and the hotel didn't even offer an apology.

Excellent location and a superb environment, befitting its status as one of Asia's top 100 design hotels. The rescued birds are a nice touch and a definite plus. Check-in required a wait, but check-out was so quick that I wasn't even sure what the final charge would be. The roads around PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore were blocked off due to F1 preparations, which made walking navigation a bit tricky.

The hotel bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony offered a great city view. It's also very close to dining options and directly connected to a mall, which is perfect for avoiding the sun. I highly recommend bringing your own water bottle, as the room has a direct drinking water tap, which is very convenient.

Decor: The hotel's exterior looks quite ordinary, but the interior (front desk on the 4th floor) is stunningly beautiful. Just quietly admiring it from the hallway is a delight. Cleanliness and Service: Excellent, nothing to fault. Room: Great lighting and views. This room type offers a view of Marina Bay Sands. The bathroom is large, but the shower stall is a bit small. Overall, it offers great value for money. I will definitely book at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore again.

The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was very prompt. The Burmese lady was very diligent, and the gentleman who replenished the mini-bar was also nice. The laundry service was excellent too. The hotel itself is upscale and grand, with a stylish design that makes you feel like you've stepped into a tropical forest and garden.

The room is spacious, bright, and clean. The balcony is also very large, perfect for taking photos. The location is excellent, as the hotel is connected to a shopping mall, which is very convenient. The staff are attentive and patient.

This time, the hotel was a last-minute booking. The Ascott I originally booked was absolutely terrible, so I decisively checked out and changed hotels. Thanks to that little incident, I ended up having an amazing stay. The hotel looks fantastic after the renovation, and the rooms even have a small balcony, which is very convenient. The Fujian prawn noodles from the in-room dining were genuinely delicious. The bar downstairs also had a great atmosphere and excellent cocktails. Overall, the best part of the hotel was the service; from the front desk and concierge to the operators, everyone's attitude was superb. I absolutely recommend staying at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore next time. You won't regret it.
