I stayed here for my birthday and here's my honest review!
Pros:

Cons:
- FAR away from dhoby ghaut; really uphill
- TV was formatted and required a special remote to be collected from front desk
- Nearest convenience store at night was almost 1km away ( Plaza sing taxi stand)
- Staff does not send you anything you request at night; we ordered a bucket of ice at 1130pm and was required to collect from the bar downstairs instead of sending it to us!
I enjoyed my stay here but I wish the service would be better. We stayed on the second floor and it really puzzled us as to why we had to collect anything when they could've sent it to us. Moreover, the remote should be placed in the room instead of being required to collect at reception UPON REQUEST. Overall it was an affordable luxury and we would definitely stay here again for some alone time!
P.S A $50 deposit is to be made upon check in and refunded upon check out!

Second stay with them! Booked a 3D2N to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Similar to my previous stay experience, everything was great but the staff members perfected my weekend.
Called in earlier to request for an early check in so i could fill the room with some decoration. A very nice staff by the name of Ravi assisted me with this and I was greeted by the lobby with great hospitality. He also did his best to accommodate my request knowing that it’s a stay to celebrate a birthday and I really appreciate that.
Went to a room at the highest level but unfortunately the room’s aircon was not working. Went to check with the front desk and the staff (dint get his name but starts with L) assisted me with a room exchange and unexpectedly got a room upgrade. Do note the pictures are of the Deluxe room!
Deluxe room was way more spacious that superior and if i’m not wrong the tv is also slightly bigger! Aircon works well and tv is able to connect via screen mirror (don’t work with apple) and bluetooth music (music plays with screen off). Hairdryer was strong and a really good size as it’s easy for more petite users.
Housekeeping staff were extremely polite, and just as friendly as the front desk members. They were also able to accommodate to late house keeping but do note that they end at 5PM so latest would be around 4.30PM!
If there is anything that would better the stay, it would be the inclusion of hair conditioners in the shower, sanitary bag in the toiletries and a water spray next to the toilet bowl.
Thank you for making this stay a great one for my partner and I. Will definitely return again! Highly recommend!

Solo traveler, spent 4 nights there. Hostel is kinda meh in itself, and has two big flaws. Location is definitely really good, basically in the very center of Singapore, metro and bus stops are nearby. But it's kinda the only good thing. Ah yes, apart from quite detailed city guides on the wall near the reception.
- The mattresses are really stiff and thin, I mean it - really stiff! Just uncomfortable to sleep on them, had quite a bad nights there.
- There is no proper kitchen, you can microwave something and that's it, can't cook, see the pictures. Also common area is very poorly done, looks like a cheap canteen or something. You can't comfortably socialize there...
- Important - here is a night club/bar right near/under the hostel. Entrance to it is literally 2 meters from hostel's entrance. And music is really heard even until 2 am! All the basses, drums - you just hear it, not that loud that you can't sleep, but I was on 4th floor, but if you are on 2nd or 3rd?... Probably would need earplugs lol.
- And the BIG DEAL - LOCKERS ARE BASICALLY NOT WORKING AND UNSAFE. See the pictures and you'l understand. They are there, BUT - they made so sloppily that even after you lock the door with a key - you just press *a little bit* on the door from the top - and it opens even while locked, just because the lock's metal thing is just too short and door is too weakly set. So basically I'm sure that everyone can open every locker if they want. Receptionist said sorry for that, but that's it. Not good at all, first hostel I've been with such poor locker execution.

Waited for a while for the room to be ready due to the high ocuppancy rate. The staff was polite and helpful. We were given a padang view room at the highest level. The view was good, and we were able to watch the NDP parade from far and the fireworks as well!!! Was not very satisfied with the bed as I found it a little too soft, didn't give a good support to my back. But anyway, overall, it is still a good short break for me. Thanks to the staff who had served me during my stay!

Hotel's location was okay.. I wish they had a pool. Room was clean but not the bathroom. Bathroom blinds doesn't work and there were flies everywhere. Check-in was a little slow but otherwise, the staff were helpful and nice. Our room wasn't the same as the picture shown as it was already taken, we were disappointed. However, they changed our room next to the one in the pictures which wasn't so bad. Breakfast was disappointingly sad. 2 slice of toast and 1 sunny side up egg, you can't choose other style. Coffe taste like sewage. But head out to ABC restaurant for prata & teh tarik. 😉

Stayed here many times and always came back here when I come to Singapore.
Room is small, but since I’m staying alone, it’s perfectly fine and just the right size for me.
Location is not the center of Singapore, but it’s right above the MRT stations. So many food stalls right beside the hotel. Only one stop to bugis, and only 5 stops to Orchard (with transfer at City Hall). I prefer this hotel than any hotels near city but far from MRT station.
It’s clean. The staffs are helpful and friendly enough. Always my choice to stay when I visit Singapore.

Was staying one night for business trip with my colleagues. The room is super clean, like a brand new hotel with affordable price. The pressure of the shower is great. The location is just 4 mins away walk from the nearest bus station and very easy to reach anywhere. The staffs were friendly and helpful even let us to have late check out. Definitely will stay here again when come to singapore.

BBearyHKFirst time trying their club room. Was given a corner room with extra space despite last min booking. There is a special check in counter for club room at level 21 and private pool for club room and above. There is a schedule for the wellness activities provided by the hotel and u need to scan their QR code to make reservation. There is complimentary mini bar however I noticed there is no bath amenities for the bathtub like bath salt and the scrub etc. not sure if all this should be included inside or not? The club lounge (indoor and outdoor) was quite a nice place to chill and staff were quite flexible. The spread for evening cocktails and canapés were quite decent. We need to order the drinks via the staff and they will indicate on a piece of paper. Which I think is kinda wasting the paper. They took out new food even when it’s already 7plus. Breakfast food was decent also. Overall a nice experience trying their club room. Will go back when the price is right :)

I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me.
When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business.
And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

GGuest UserLocation is quite convenient, very near to MRT station (Tanjong Pagar). There are many eateries surrounding the hotel. Next to the hotel, there is a small shopping mall (100AM), there is supermarket, bakery, restaurants.
Room size is big, bed size also very big. There’s bathtub in the bathroom. TV channels ok. The room a bit old and too dim light. Aircon is very cold, even after we off the aircon, it still feel cold. We booked a room for staycation during New Year’s Eve, as it’s walkable to MBS area, so we can walk back from MBS after the countdown party.

Resort is very beautiful and has free fish spa for your feet. Best thing is you can spot peacocks in the premises! We saw two. Breakfast has Mee Siam is tasty and spread is just nice. Cleanliness needs improvement though and facilities are old. Has a room screening Tom and jerry with bean bags seats and popcorn but the bead bags are quite smelly and popcorn are stale. Bought half board option, hotel not informed of dinner option and contacted trip CS to ask them to contact hotel. It took one hour plus to resolved, managed catch the dinner time. If price is lower I will consider coming back again.

Downside is no bidet, and they dont do housekeeping if u stay less than 3nights. however if u call them to request for towels they respond immediately. Highly recommended

JJittttttThe location is definitely good and strategic, but the entrance of the hotel is on the backstreet which is not easily accessible. But it’s value for money if you are adventurous traveller.
