It has a great location for a tourist. Walking distance from the metro station. Plenty of restaurants around. The space is really tiny. I got a single room and I had to jump on the table to access the bed. The boy kindly changed my room to an easier bed access. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom average. There is no ventilation, I felt lack of oxigen. You can hear any conversation as if they were in your room. The bathroom was in another floor...Well, I guess Singapore accommodation is hell expensive and this is what I get for this money.

I booked a room with a private bathroom and had a pleasant stay. The self-check-in process was smooth, thanks to the assistance of the friendly staff. Although the room was small, it was well equipped, and the bathroom, though quite small, was functional. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-8 minute walk to the MRT at Tanjong Pagar station.
Their service is top-notch, even without a 24-hour front desk. I had an issue with the shower head and contacted customer service via WhatsApp. The midnight shift staff promptly came to my room to try and fix it. When it turned out to be beyond her reach, she offered to change my room. Since I was checking out the next day, I chose to stay in the same room. Early the next morning, they brought a worker to replace the shower head with a new one, just to ensure I could enjoy my shower before checking out. Thumbs up for their exceptional service!

i booked an urban suite to celebrate my fiancé's birthday, and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves to the max. the hotel system was down when we were checking in, but our front desk staff, Rosy, explained the situation to us, gave us a beverages voucher to enjoy a drink each while we waited for our key cards at the lounge, and even personally came over to hand us the cards once the room was ready.
shortly after we checked in, a staff member from the collection club lounge dropped by the room and gave my fiancé a mini cake, a box of chocolates, and a birthday card.
we went to the collection club lounge for evening cocktails and were surprised with a bread pudding platter with a lighted candle to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and managed to catch the ndp rehearsal's fireworks show.
overall, the interactions we had with the staff members were exceptional, and we felt very welcomed and taken care of, everywhere we went.
the urban suite room was very clean and spacious, and we had a wonderful view of the cbd area.
having stayed in many hotels in singapore, this is by far the best room and experience ive had.

The room is spacious, but the furniture is old, although very well maintained. The bathroom features a bathtub which is quite inadequate to use the shower safely. Breakfast is reasonable for Western options, however, the coffee machine is excellent. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the MRT and about 15 minutes from China City and Clark Quay.

I must say their attention to detail is top notch. We booked a Staycation here just after our wedding. Wasn't under any hotel wedding package but we were pleasantly greeted with a note & cake in our room.
Amenities were all well maintained with a huge area for makeup & hair which I love. The view from the room was amazing, everything was clean & tidy. Not forgetting, the amazing breakfast spread is a MUST have!

First of all, the location is excellent because it is right beside the Lavender MRT station, which made travelling convenient.
In terms of cleanliness, the room was quite clean, but one big problem was that the shower drain constantly emanated a foul smell. We had to close the toilet door, otherwise the smell would spread.
In terms of service, we requested for extra pillows, and the hotel were able to accommodate to our request promptly. However, during check-in, the staff wasn't cheerful or welcoming. Also, when we asked some staff about the hotel facilities, they either replied that they don't know, or replied with a rather negative body language.
Finally, for facilities, the basic ones were present, along with a small gym room and a swimming pool. However, the mini fridge inside the room was not cold enough at all, causing our ice cream to melt. Also, there were no coin laundry in the hotel.
Overall, the biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. Yet, despite being branded as sort of a budget hotel by many travel vloggers, the price wasn't budget at all, and the product value is definitely lower than what one would expect from its price.

This resort was located at very strategy location with seaview. It's in the middle of Patong, Karon & Kata area. Maybe you will think that this resort might very noisy or near to any busy pub/club/F&B, the answer is not! They are faraway 3-4km, so you can enjoyed the peaceful time. The room service very fast and fulfill all my request. The part of resort near to cliff was doing overall renovation & upgrading. This part was quite secret because you gonna walk down all the way then you will saw a brand new cliff cafe was doing renovation. Not much people enjoy at the swimming pool, so that you can take a lot of photos with infinity swimming pool. I am sure that your partner will like it. At this price, it is valuable.

Gold lounge: good service. Excellent view. Strict with dress code. Evening canapes is average. Drinks, especially cocktails can be better. Breakfast was great! Lesser selection than Prego but it has the popular food which I happened to take when I went Prego. Much lesser crowd than Prego

Everything was great, I got upgraded to the 24th Floor 🥹🥹! Only slight downside was that the door had to be pushed really, REALLY hard to close / open it (it won't close properly). Not a huge nuisance but I do have to use my whole body weight to close the door lol. And there were dust bunnies in the gaps where the door lock (the black latch) is. I had to wipe that down myself. Besides these, the stay was comfy and great! Thank you once again! :)

My sleep was a little disturbed on the morning of my departure but Mr Specially at the front desk was very kind in resolving the issue promptly and with minimal fuss. Very thankful to him. The pool water is slightly too warm. The bathroom is well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Aircon was cold. I like the gardens in and around the property to have nice conversations.

GGuest UserThe service was great, we enjoyed our breakfast at the sanctuary cafe for the 2 mornings we were at the hotel. Waitress MJ and the floor manager (an Indian gentleman whose name I didn’t catch) were extremely professional and welcoming and we think the best part of our hotel stay. The spread was decent, and there were slight differences in what was available for the buffet on the two mornings we visited.
Hotel wise staff were friendly, lifts were easily available no long wait times. Close to imbiah station and a short walk to the beach area.
The room was clean, the Aircon was powerful, and the complimentary mini bar with coke sprite and bottled water, as well as kitkat and Oreo’s were a pleasant surprise. The room was also very spacious with a huge bath room. The carpet was very clean that sometimes we forgot to wear our room slippers. 5/5 for the cleaning crew!
Things that could do better was that the Facilities and room were really worn out the laminate was peeling, and there was no where for us to hang up our wet swim wear and towels. Considering that the hotel promotes eco practices like reusing our towels, it would be nice to have more than the two hooks to hang up wet fabrics to dry. A quick fix would be to install a simple laundry line over the tub..just our suggestion.
What bothered us the most was the noise. while the bed was very firm and comfortable and we enjoyed the clean room….the sound insulation ensured that we did not get any sleep in the two nights we were there. We could hear the neighbor’s conversation (imagine a women’s voice laughing beside you in the middle of the night), slamming doors, and water rattling through the pipes every time someone took a shower or flushed the toilet. I could even hear stuff drop on the floor as if it’s in our room . Also the sink faucet turned on by itself to the surprise of my son who happened to be sitting on the toilet. Interesting , tho we think it’s just the poor plumbing rather than something supernatural 😂.

VverycoldbrewBooked triple room, and the size was enough if compared to other hotel in Singapore. Old hotel, but maintained well. Will consider to stay again here...
