The room is clean, spacious, and most importantly, for us being Muslim, halal food is convenient via the in room dining. The staff are great and helpful. Thank you! Every member of the Marina Bay Sands team we encountered went above and beyond, turning what could have been just another hotel stay into an unforgettable experience filled with care, comfort, and heart. A minor accident during our stay—when our daughter tripped over the carpet and had a nosebleed—was handled with exemplary care. The staff member from Express Service prioritized her safety and promptly coordinated housekeeping to assist us. The housekeeping lady who came to help was so humble and kind, even declining a tip for her hard work. Special recognition also goes to Service Management Team, Ms. Ella Barrientos, who followed up with a compassionate call, offered a thoughtful gift to cheer up our daughter, and even took care of cleaning her top. The warmth and humanity she showed meant so much to us, and we would also like to thank the laundry team for their assistance in removing the blood stain so efficiently. Our children’s first visit to Singapore has become a treasured memory thanks to the hotel’s exceptional hospitality.

Exceptional Stay with Stunning Marina Bay Views This hotel boasts an unbeatable location, and the room has breathtaking views of Marina Bay. Waking up to such a panorama was truly a highlight of our stay. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding staff. During check-in, we encountered an unexpected delay, likely due to a large number of arrivals. Despite the wait, the team, from the main reception to the club lounge, handled the situation with remarkable grace and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make us feel valued and comfortable, transforming what could have been a frustrating wait into a surprisingly pleasant start to our stay. Their friendliness and helpfulness were consistent throughout our visit.

Overall, it was the best hotel that I could have with my budget. Great location because it has walkable distance from many touristy spot and restaurant options. However, I should have noticed the size of the room. For the two people, it felt like little larger than capsule thingy. In front of the hotel(shopping mall), there is a colorful building where you can easily take instagramable photos.

Birthday staycation ! Ambience was to die for and conveniently located , stone throw from mall which was very favoured and breakfast for 2 nights was amazing. Tea and coffee served to your table at arrival! Plus points! Impeccable service from all depts. easily a 10/10

My family's recent four-night stay (4/8 - 8/8) at the Grand Park City Hall Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a delightful experience. Their friendliness and attentiveness made us feel right at home, with every request handled promptly and professionally. The breakfast spread was a highlight of our stay, offering a good variety of dishes to suit every palate. From fresh pastries and fruits to hearty local and international options, the quality and diversity were outstanding, ensuring a perfect start to each day. Housekeeping services were equally commendable, with our room consistently spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail and care taken by the staff truly enhanced our comfort throughout the stay. The hotel’s prime location and elegant ambiance further elevated our experience, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. I wholeheartedly recommend Grand Park City Hall for anyone seeking a blend of excellent service, culinary delights, and a welcoming atmosphere.

A Cool Stay… If Only the Aircon Worked. Booked a stay here hoping for a relaxing weekend. What I got instead was a frustrating series of letdowns disguised as hospitality.To be fair, the check-in started strong. One front desk staff was warm and attentive. The other? Fully committed to ignoring me while I approached the counter. At least someone else noticed and waved me over with a smile — so thank you for that one moment of customer service. Excellent location. The room itself was decent, no city view (which we were fine with), a bathtub (nice touch), and a minibar with no complimentary snacks or drinks. But the real highlight? The air-conditioning. Or more accurately, the lack of it. The room was stuffy from the start. We tried adjusting the temperature, but it stubbornly returned to 24.5°C every time. We informed the front desk before leaving for dinner and clearly stated it was okay for someone to enter and fix the aircon while we were out. But of course, nothing happened. Why? Because our room had a DND sign. Verbal confirmation apparently means nothing here. When we called to follow up, the staff member who answered sounded like we had interrupted his day off. “Room is hot or cold?” he asked flatly then hung up without a word more. Absolutely zero concern or professionalism. Eventually, an engineer came by and told us the temperature would drop. It never did. This is my second disappointing stay with Carlton - the first being at their Tanjong Pagar location. I gave this branch a chance, thinking maybe it’d be better. Clearly, I was wrong. We left the hotel uncomfortable, unimpressed, and completely unenthused. Carlton, if you’re positioning yourselves as a premium stay, you’ve got a long way to go. This isn’t a standard I’d recommend or return to.

i love everything about this hotel from the customer service to the room amenities! we went for the marina view room so we can catch the fireworks. room and toilet very spacious, toilet has a bidet which is a plus point. bedding was very comfortable! the hotel robe makes you warm and fuzzy. complimentary parking. they provided us with a complimentary cake for our honeymoon stay! we booked the room which includes breakfast for 2 and the variety of food for us to choose from esp since we cant eat the meats as it was not halal so we have alot of choices to choose from - prata, roti kirai, pastries, kway teow thank you ritz carlton for the hospitality.

My partner had been wanting to try this hotel so I decided to book for his birthday celebration . However was kinda disappointed with the service at the front desk. Reached there at 2 plus but the room wasn’t ready yet and they will informed us once the room is ready. However at 3pm there is still no updates and we have to check with the staff again. The room was ready but nobody informed us. As we booked with club access, I would thought that the staff will offer to let us wait at the lounge since there is afternoon tea from 2-4pm. ( I have went to a few hotels with club lounge access and they brought us to the lounge to have some refreshment while waiting for the check in) Conrad might need to improve on the services provided by the front desk. However the services from the club lounge were good, which saved the day :) The food selections were good and there were some selections for the cocktail. Breakfast were also very good. Will still give it another try when the price is right.

Located in the heart of the city, very convenient for public transport and the Raffles City shopping mall is just 7 minutes away! I did my last shopping there! They have a pool but the gym room is a bit small which can only fit in 4-5 ppl😮
