Amazing Bay Views! I had a fantastic stay! The view of the bay was absolutely stunning, day and night. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

I booked the room for my friend for 3 nights. in the daytime, there is renovation work next to us and it is too noisy until we cant even rest well.  and there are many miscommunication in between, staff called up to pay for deposit and I rushed to the hotel, but end up when I went to the counter, they told me no such thing where last night when I asked to extend for 1 more night, they already counted the deposit and room fee together, and when I told the staff im in rush, but the staff still insisted to explained the room benefits and breakfast and etc. I been mentioned 2-3 times im in rush and I came to make payment on behalf for the room where they are well known about all these, but still....

It’s very comfortable to live in Conrad. The room design is very user friendly. Lightings are very good and comfy. I like the sofa a lot, it’s super big. I can lie to rest for a while before going to shower. The breakfast is rly great and the refill is super fast. The location is good, it’s very near to promenade MRT station. It would be definitely my choice again when I come Singapore next time!

Front desk staff and concierge staff were very nice, though some were more experienced than others and the experience really helped improve the overall experience First time having to change room 3 times, but the staff were really nice about it. So it was fine despite the inconvenience Room itself was nice and spacious, amenities in the room were more than sufficient for our stay. Overall, no complaints 👍🏻

Book here for rest after watching sg smash. Hotel near to CityHall mrt station, also can walk few minutes to Bras Basah mrt for cc line (to stadium). Clean and new room, very comfort bed. Breakfast is limited choices, and have to take quite long queue for verification and wait for staff’s guidance to the table. But overall is ok.

Fairmont Singapore was exceptional in every manner. The service was great they gave us complimentary add ons like kids beds. The location is perfect. Cleanliness is topnotch. Jeremy & Deborah handled our requests effectively and professionally.

compare to last 2 years visited, room are upgrade (mean renovation) and really good services. Hotel cleaner provide services are excellent and all are full fill requirement. Excellent to stay in Marina Bay Sand hotel.

Chose Parkroyals Collection over others for their great customer service experiences we have over the years. We planned for my Dad and Sister's birthday there. Had the whole family to staycay as I have been recommending them. Thought with the online check in will expedite the process, however it's pointless. Had to go through the entire process once again from queuing to verification. Though it has been done online. Was a little disappointed as the email conversation on the special requests were not communicated. We enjoyed ourselves, nevertheless. ❤️

Good location and the condition of the room looks new too. You can use your Handphone to control the lightings for the whole room. It comes with afternoon tea ( sandwiches and desserts) and evening cocktail. The food selections are decent with chicken, butter rice, vegetables , salad , fruits and fish skin. They will also top up different food in the middle. Like spring roll and fried dumpling. Ikmal is very attentive, when he saw that we were holding empty glasses, he will take the initiative to top up and delivered to our table. 👍🏻 overall a good experience.

Second time trying this hotel. My partner and I decided to top up for the club lounge access as we quite like their food selections and services. We were served by Han Meng during the check in and he was very nice knowing we want to top up for club access, he actually worked out a deal that is more worthy and he even gave us a high floor corner room with a very nice view of the harbour plus late check out at 3pm. The services at the club lounge were good especially Steve from the club lounge. He was very friendly and even offered to take photo for us and printed out knowing we were here for special occasion. I feel the food selections during evening cocktail as compared to last time dropped a little. Hopefully they will come out with better menu next time :) The top up of the champagne during the breakfast was slow and sometimes forgotten our order. Overall still a good experience.
