"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although the room was quite small, it was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The location was excellent, there were many restaurants just next to the hotel offering plenty of food choices, and a convenience store nearby made it easy to grab essentials. Overall, it was a good and enjoyable stay, offering great value for money."

"Pros: Room was clean. Two different shower heads. Cons: The location isn't near anywhere. Lavender MRT is the closest MRT. No fridge. Bathroom floor space is long, but narrow."

"Located nearby Lavender MRT station, walking around 10min from the station. surrounded by a lot of restaurant, cafe and hawker in front too. Room size is small, but facilities consider complete for one night stay here. My second booking with this Hotel."

"2 incident here. 1) This staff is what I think is worst. I have difficult to scan my face for check in. This have been 10mins struggling there. But he still “watching” his phone without offering or ask any help is it needed. In the end, I raise hand and ask for help. 2) The lift card detection sensitivity is low, the card need to touch on the button pad and not at the area instruction that highlighted in picture. The cleaner help me to ask the receptionist (same male staff) come here for help. Then he reply a very surprise answer. “OH, a lot of people encounter this. U should put higher and tag” Since a lot of people encounter this, why don’t think a better procedure or instruction and tap slightly upper. Instead of waiting people keep suffer and suffer this."

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a warm smile. The location is perfect, too. It’s super convenient, just a short walk from the MRT station and Orchard Road, which is a shopper's paradise. I loved being able to walk to all the major shopping malls and restaurants. I also appreciated that there's a bus stop right nearby, making it even easier to explore the city. The room itself was clean and very comfortable, but the highlight for me was the stunning view. I couldn't get enough of it, it was absolutely breathtaking and made my trip so much more memorable. Since I'm more of an outdoor person, I didn't spend much time at the hotel, but the time I did spend was great. The only minor issue was during breakfast. When I was there, there were many tour groups, including students and other tourists, which made the breakfast area quite busy. It could get a little chaotic, but it didn't take away from my overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel. It's a fantastic choice for anyone who wants to be close to all the action with amazing service and a beautiful view to top it all off. I was truly impressed!"

"As the name suggests, this is a capsule hotel with a futuristic, almost space-like atmosphere. However, when you open the door, you’ll find toilets and showers with the feel of an old downtown area—a fascinating blend of eras. Be careful with timing in the morning: if you try to use the toilet while cleaning is underway, the bowl will be soaking wet. I didn’t have a Singapore-specific three-prong plug, but thankfully there were two USB ports, which came in handy. The shower and toilet are combined, and it’s not always clear which is shampoo and which is body soap—but trying it out can be an interesting experience. One of them smells like petroleum. Wishing you a wonderful journey in Singapore!"

"If you’re a budget traveler, this is a good option for you. The location is great, near the train station and in the heart of Bugis. Plenty of dining options too just around the area that are open until midnight or later. The rooms itself are okay. I mean, you are sharing with more than 8 people at least in a single room. Bunk beds. If there’s an option, get the bottom bed as it is difficult to go up and down the given stairs. The bed is comfortable and the blanket is cozy. There is a provided area in the lobby where you can store your storage. It is left unsupervised though so keep that in mind. I would love to make some suggestions such as to improve the shoes situation outside the main entrance. For context, the hotel requires you to remove your shoes before entering the premises. The entrance to the hotel smells of feet and it is not the most welcoming scent. Please fix this by providing lockers of some sort and maybe having a humidifier to lessen the smell. The bathroom and hallways could use some updating too. Ensure that it is maintaind all times because there are so many people using the facilities."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore. The entire property was spotlessly clean, which made the stay all the more comfortable. It's incredibly good value for money—you get much more than what you pay for! The location is unbeatable, right in the center of everything with easy access to public transport, food spots, and major attractions. Whether you're here for work or leisure, you won’t have to go far for anything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The ambience of the place is also top-notch—modern, calm, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect escape from the city buzz. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"Cleanliness: 5/5 - Hotel and room were very clean. Location: 3/5 - A bit out of the way but they do provide a shuttle service. A little bit of a walk to the MRT so need to take the bus. Service: 5/5 - Staff were very friendly. Amenities: 5/5 - The hotel provides all basic amenities as well as toothbrushes, toothpaste and dressing gowns."
