Lots of food choice nearby, famous pork rib soup behind the hotel, or go to aircon food centre below V Hotel.
The room is very small but cozy and functional, very nice city view.
The bed is stiff, aircon not cold
TV signal is very laggy especially disappointing when watching fast pace tennis matches.
Other channels sometimes freezes and breaks then you need to switch back and forth again to resume, but still laggy.
This is a super big hotel so the lobby and lifts are always full of people and noisy."

"The room was clean, with housekeeping provided daily. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to get around. However, the room is small, suitable for a 1-2 pax. I think the walls are quite thin, so you can hear noise from outside. Anyway, I’m happy to be here."

"It is strategically located next to Lavender Mrt station and you can find various of foods just at your door step.
The hotel room is small but fit nicely for our stay and the buffet breakfast are acceptable. It is value for the money.
Our room is just opposite ICAand can see part of Marina Bay sand too."

"The operator here is Mission Control. I called the Mission Control a few times on different hours of the day and nobody picked up the phone. I checked several times to make sure that I am dialling the right number in the directory. At the end, I just called the main line, and get to speak to someone via transfers. On the day of check out, I told the front counter staff and she said because they were busy.
On the night that I was there, at around 2+ am the building alarm rang for some time. Then there was announcement of people checking what happened, then announcement of false alarm. Gosh, there goes my night. I woke up and thought about quickly packing .
The room is very small. Standard room is just good for one person.
The only good thing about the hotel is the location. There is a bus 36 in front that goes directly to the airport"

"I had a pleasant experience staying at Mercure hotel. First off, the location was very convenient, with the bus stop being a few mins walk from the hotel. In addition, the shopping district (Orchard Road, Somerset, etc) are very close by. There is a 7-11 store located within the hotel premises, and other F&B restaurants.
I would like to compliment Mercure hotel staff, Nazim for being friendly and polite while checking me in. His personality made me feel at ease.
The room itself was a decent size, and it also came with a good view.
Overall, this hotel was worth the money I paid for, and I would definitely come back again!"

"Every member of the Marina Bay Sands team we encountered went above and beyond, turning what could have been just another hotel stay into an unforgettable experience filled with care, comfort, and heart.
A minor accident during our stay—when our daughter tripped over the carpet and had a nosebleed—was handled with exemplary care. The staff member from Express Service prioritized her safety and promptly coordinated housekeeping to assist us. The housekeeping lady who came to help was so humble and kind, even declining a tip for her hard work.
Special recognition also goes to Service Management Team, Ms. Ella Barrientos, who followed up with a compassionate call, offered a thoughtful gift to cheer up our daughter, and even took care of cleaning her top. The warmth and humanity she showed meant so much to us, and we would also like to thank the laundry team for their assistance in removing the blood stain so efficiently.
Our children’s first visit to Singapore has become a treasured memory thanks to the hotel’s exceptional hospitality."

We booked 2 rooms for a family staycation at Hilton Orchard. The hotel’s location is excellent, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport—ideal for a city getaway.
The rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and modern, which made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary birthday cake—a thoughtful touch that was not only beautifully presented but also delicious. It added a special touch to our celebration.
However, the reception experience was underwhelming. The front desk staff were not particularly warm or welcoming, which was disappointing given the Hilton brand’s usual service standards. There's definitely room for improvement in hospitality and guest interaction, especially during check-in.
In summary, while the location and room experience were great, we hope to see better service at the reception on our next visit to make the stay feel truly five-star."

"The floor was a little sticky and slightly dirty when we first arrived, which was disappointing.
Service-wise, it took about an hour for our towel request to be fulfilled, and I eventually had to go down personally and make three separate requests before they arrived.
Do note that the checkout time here is at 11 AM, unlike most hotels which offer a noon checkout. We were slightly late, but thankfully the staff did not rush us.
The location is convenient — it’s right beside The Star Vista, and there’s a supermarket just across the road if you need to grab something. If you are driving, be aware that you’ll need to purchase a parking coupon, which is priced at SGD 8 per entry.
On a positive note, our room came with a kitchenette and a bathtub, which is a nice bonus for the price we paid.
Overall, while the location and in-room amenities are great, the cleanliness and responsiveness of service could be improved for a more comfortable stay."

AAnonymous UserThe entire trip was amazing from check in to check out! First of all, the room was amazing with a wonderful bathroom. My girlfriend and I were celebrating her birthday, the hotel gave us a complimentary cake for the day which really pleasantly surprised us. Throughout the stay, all the services including items delivery or in room dining was fast and efficient.
I wanted to especially compliment front desk-Saufi and housekeeping-Lina for their excellent personalized and detailed service as well, making our stay truly unforgettable.

BBearyHKMy partner had been wanting to try this hotel so I decided to book for his birthday celebration . However was kinda disappointed with the service at the front desk. Reached there at 2 plus but the room wasn’t ready yet and they will informed us once the room is ready. However at 3pm there is still no updates and we have to check with the staff again. The room was ready but nobody informed us. As we booked with club access, I would thought that the staff will offer to let us wait at the lounge since there is afternoon tea from 2-4pm. ( I have went to a few hotels with club lounge access and they brought us to the lounge to have some refreshment while waiting for the check in) Conrad might need to improve on the services provided by the front desk. However the services from the club lounge were good, which saved the day :) The food selections were good and there were some selections for the cocktail. Breakfast were also very good. Will still give it another try when the price is right.

we went for the marina view room so we can catch the fireworks. room and toilet very spacious, toilet has a bidet which is a plus point. bedding was very comfortable! the hotel robe makes you warm and fuzzy. complimentary parking. they provided us with a complimentary cake for our honeymoon stay! we booked the room which includes breakfast for 2 and the variety of food for us to choose from esp since we cant eat the meats as it was not halal so we have alot of choices to choose from - prata, roti kirai, pastries, kway teow

AAnonymous UserJust arrived at the hotel, due to a payment issue, the taxi driver delayed letting me out of the car. Then, a dark skin slim bellboy immediately opened my car door, took out my luggage, and very rudely urged me to get out quickly because he needed to let another couple board—claiming they were in a hurry to catch their flight.

That male staff didn’t even apologize to me. The couple’s time crunch had nothing to do with me—why couldn’t they have arranged an earlier time or another taxi? about he didn’t respect me and chase me.
This is the most I damn angry.
And, another thing is I need to request up to two times to FO/Housekeeping to change the battery or another weight scale for me.
Breakfast was good and clean table.

VVincyThe room is quite humid and feels damp. Without a blanket, it gets cold, but with a blanket, it becomes damp and stuffy. The sound insulation is poor—you can hear doors opening and closing in adjacent rooms throughout the night, as well as the movement of other guests in the corridor. It's difficult to sleep with all the noise. The pillow also lacks proper support and becomes completely flat after a short time, which results in a stiff neck and upper back. There are also some light black stains on the mattress sheet. Other than the mentioned, the rest are ok. Very smooth check in and check out.

GGuest UserUpon arrival, staff was busy and we did know how long we had to wait to check-in. WhatsApp number was not responsive so it made us a little anxious. Thankfully, he came back down after 5 minutes. Room had a little ants too on the bed’s headboard. All in all however, room was clean and we enjoyed our stay

PPhantom KentWe got an upgraded to suite room for our stay here. The room we stayed was spacious, cozy and comfortable… We loved the jacuzzi bath tub, full height mirror, and the mattress is soft. The surrounding was peaceful with beautiful quay view with lots of luxury yachts docking there. The location has free shutter service which you can explore the other beach areas, universal theme park, golf club and other family entertainments… They provided continental breakfast was great, and the staff service was thumb up.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for a few days and had such a wonderful experience. Everyone I met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were helpful — they stored my luggage for me and gave me great directions to nearby restaurants and walking spots. Chinese was also very good. Special thanks to Thurka and Elaine for their kindness! The purple flowers outside the hotel were beautiful, and the rooms were clean, bright, and tidy. Truly a fantastic stay — highly recommended!

GGuest UserMy experience there was good. i love the amenities. Everything was there, shampoo & body smells really good, room clean. Would go back again just that the guy I spoke on the phone was rude, which makes me feel that I shouldn't book again. Actually, i wanted to make sure everything went well on my bf's birthday, but I can't explain things well.
But the front desk customer service was OK.
Anyway, is the bus ******* ?
Advise to bring more mosquito repellent x3
Don't wear black clothes.

GGuest UserMy kid's favourite hotel for staycation! Receive a complimentary upgrade n it fits us family of 4 perfectly! And just outside their level 1 cafe, there is a 24/7 halal hotfood vending machine. On top of that, the pool is perfect for kids. They have big pool n jacuzzi for 0.85m children.
Corridor smells awesomely good, n their shampoo soap the bomb!
Downside, if only their breakfast buffet spread is halal concept n took out the bacon n ham slices, I'm sure u will attract a lot more visitors.
For everything else, I'll give a 10/10
