Service staff helpful and cheerful. Location’s superb, very near to foods, shopping and entertainment. Room although facing heavy traffic intersection roads and a highway but it’s comfortably sound proofed. Downside’s our beds raised too high, falling off risks for senior asian guests like us. Experienced fire alarm activated room evacuations at midnight, it’s pretty well managed and settled that guests returned to rooms after a 2 hour assembly.

The island in general is amazing. It has free transportation all around the island and many activities to do. The hotel is right in front of the beach and the pool is quite beautiful. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very relaxing. The rooftop garden has a beautiful view.

Check-in was a breeze. The room is newly renovated and comfortable to stay. The room is clean and not smelly. The air-con is good and acceptable. The WIFI is strong and there is cable TV. Toiletries and towels were provided. The room was quite small and good enough for one occupant. Downside: The shower area is too small. Some brownish particles found on the inner side of the toilet seat cover. One of the bath towel had yellowish stain. Left last few pieces of tissue paper in the tissue box. Should have provided a new box of tissue for new occupants.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Singapore. It is strategically located in Sentosa, giving you that sense of luxury and privacy. Hotel staff are all courteous and friendly, bed is immaculate! Room is well decorated! They also have free shuttle service to/from Vivo City. I highly recommend this hotel if you ever want to visit Singapore.

Great location & clean hotel with a big swimming pool. My kids enjoy it very much especially the lazy pool. Just that on our last day stay, swimming pool towel is running out and pool bar close bit early at 6.30pm. Breakfast restaurant is spacious, food choices is sufficient to us. There is a small corner for complimentary old childhood snack. 😊

Dear M Hotel, I would like to express my feeling of satisfaction/gratitude toward Miss Jia Yi and the manager in resolving the issue I had over the stay quickly. My relative who works in F&B recommended the hotel for our stay in Singapore which we decided to follow through for 4days 3 nights. But perhaps due to a misunderstanding/misinformation during the checking in, we were not informed much about how to use room’s facilities e.g., a room make-up function, a policy regarding bed sheet and towels + the TV remote control was out of battery. I didn’t realize up until my parents informed me about it. I was upset and went to express my dissatisfaction to the reception while Miss Jia Yi was on her shift. She handled my complaint professionally, quickly noted down the issues and asked the maids to make up our rooms everyday onward. Without the explanation, the room-make up function is a little hard to use (I previously assumed the maid would come in normally). Anyway, I want to compliment the staff for their professionalism, not just in resolving our in-room situation but also for handing my negative emotion perfectly. With that being said, our stay at M Hotel was overall good and we wouldn’t mind coming back again. The location is perfect near the China town, MBS and not too far from Orchard Road. Location is a bit far from the MRT station, but it reflects on the room price, $5xx/room/night is a great deal for budget travellers like me. Just 2 negative points are: the shower is set too high and not adjustable, so the water flies over my head, not my body instead. I need to hold it all the times. Also, no hook in the bath room, I need to put a stool outside and put the clothes on it.

I am impressed with Far East's business plan to brand Oasia Sentosa resort as a place for people to refresh, restore and relax. Guests can join the programmes at the resort such as aqua zumba, morning qigong, evening yoga and workshops. The hotel lobby has a nice scent and the signature massage at Oasia Spa make my tensed muscle relax. The close proximity to Palawan beach and Imbiah Station makes it convenient to explore the island. I would come back for another spa & stay.

Location is fantastic. However, I'm not sure about the sound proof. First time in all my staycation, I received call from the reception counter citing my level guests complained that my room is noisy! I'm like... Oh! So sorry, my TV might got a little too loud will tune down the volume.... ... I was very disturbed by the complaint. Earlier on, I dunno which guests bang some doors and there's also knocking of the doors... I peep through the eye viewer, no one was out there. I'm sure my Netflix is not as loud. Unfortunately, no one investigated it, it's okie all I stayed was 1 night, let all the blame be on me then! (Yes, I'm passive aggressive). If the complaint is true, then it just proof that their soundproofing is real real real bad. I'm just watching Netflix with my husband (2 pax in the small room with an AIWA TV) the volume is just at norm level.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was good. Breakfast was great! And staff were always smiling and very helpful. Tram and buses are free and very near hotel. The trails and fort Siloso are also very close. 5 mins walk. Only gripe was that there was no food court nearby to enjoy local favourites, and we went to the RWS for Malaysian Food Street. Recommended! 👍👍👏👏
