"Quiet in the noisy, good service, and overall satisfaction.
The room details are very good, and the decoration design is almost a bit relative to the price/performance ratio."
"Very interesting rustic/colonial vibe to the hotel. I was not able to use all the facilities because I was only there for 1 night but overall I thought it was great. Helpful staff that allowed me to leave my luggage at the front desk in advance of my check-in time and good location as far as I was concerned."
"Definitely recommended. Very clean. Hype place. Every day got fun activities that join. Perfect way to Connect travellers from around the world. The bed and bathroom clean and smelled good. extremely safe too. Try their strawberry daiquiri 🫶🏻"

"Wonderful experience!
I love this hotel. It's very spacious and clean. The pool is amazing and has a bar! A very beautiful sky bar. There are beauty pools on the rooftop.
The staff are all very professional, helpful and friendly. Mr. Noreak and Ms. Sreyneth provided us with superb service! We traveled with our family and were able to get a 2 bedroom private room which is pretty spacious. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Chumneanh and the rest of the staff for great customer service!"
"We had a standard private room and it was one of the best places we’ve stayed throughout south east Asia! Such good value for money, very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The bar downstairs was really cheap, beer for $1 and 3 for 2 on happy hour (2pm - 11pm) the pool area was small but nice although we didn’t get chance to go in as we were too busy. Staff were all really helpful and helped us book our trips and they also offered a laundry service which was great."
"I am pleasantly stunned by the level of service at this mansion. Throughout my 4 days, 3 nights stay here - my fiance and myself have felt taken care of like we've never experienced before. Service with a smile, attentiveness at a level beyond imagination. Some examples (i) had a mini buffet line line day for breakfast, and I saw the staff taking out some fresh papaya, I told my fiancé to be ready and grab them as it's her favourite, the staff came by and asked if w we'd live some fresh cut papaya and she had it delivered to us. (ii) Had a nice sit down by the pool, a staff came by and offered complimentary honey lemon tea and fresh cut apple (iii) got a birthday cake on late arrival back to the property (iv) they take feedback seriously here - made a pleasant remark regarding the laksa served during breakfast - seemed like the entire crew are aware of it prior to the grand send-off on check out.
I don't think I'd ever find another accomodation that offer services at this level, oh and our room is clean spacious and smell good throughout our stay! I miss all them already, wish to come back again"
"A clean and well presented Hotel everything is on set with reasonably priced. All staff were very friendly and helpful and we were all happy and satisfied. Breakfast is good and pool is clean and safety for small kids. We stay for 3 nights and they also offer us on early check in and let check out with reasonable price.
I’m highly recommend!"
"Such a beautiful place to stay. Could not recommend enough. The location is right in the centre of Siem Reap, you can walk anywhere. You can even walk at night and feel safe. The room was very clean and beautiful. There’s hot water, which is super important. The staff are lively and ready to help with anything"
"The hotel is in a great location, 8mins walk to pub street and has about 10+ local eatery’s within 5mins walk.
The pool area has a vibe and the bar tender there is amazing . The rooms are spacious and the bed is super comfy"
"My 1-night stay at Le Grande Indochine Hotel in May 4th checked out on 5th was perfect from start to finish. The staff were courteous and helpful, the room was spacious and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool after touring Angkor Wat. The hotel offers tuk tuk drivers for temple tours. Breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious, and the included Khmer massage was relaxing. Only a 10-minute walk to Pub Street and the night market. Highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again."

Amazing
GGuest UserSala Lodges in the enchanting city of Siem Reap is nothing short of a hidden gem that boasts not only of charming aesthetics but also of exceptional service that made our stay unforgettable. Nestled quietly away, this hotel provided a tranquil retreat that was much needed during our travel.
The service at Sala Lodges was commendable, embodying the true spirit of hospitality. The staff were attentive, approachable, and consistently willing to assist us in organizing our trips around Siem Reap, making the overall experience hassle-free and enjoyable. A special shoutout to the Swiss owners who were genuinely amiable and made us feel warmly welcomed.
As for the accommodations, the rooms in Sala Lodges were a delightful surprise. Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved.
The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration.
Adding to the hotel’s allure was the inviting swimming pool, serving as a refreshing sanctuary after a day of touring the magical temples and vibrant markets of Siem Reap. During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay.
To sum it up, our experience at Sala Lodges was nothing short of magical. From the excellent service to the beautifully appointed rooms and delightful meals, every aspect of the hotel contributed to a stay that was serene, comfortable, and absolutely enjoyable. Whether you’re traveling in the wet season or not, Sala Lodges offers a cosy retreat that will surely enhance your Siem Reap adventure. Highly recommended!
KKhendyIt was my first time staying at The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort and Spa and I loved it! I stayed at the Grand Pool Suite, it was luxurious and spacious. 10/10 would recommend. Love the view, room, pool & buffet! Definitely staying there again in the future.
PpassportfullofrosiesposiesThis hotel, particularly the service, has made me in love with Siem Reap. Mr Phea, Ms. Thida and Ms. Annie truly deserve my recommendation for their great hospitality, genuine care, and friendliness. I was first greeted my Mr Phea at the airport for the pick-up by TukTuk. It was a complimentary by the hotel. He was welcoming and so was Ms Thida when I arrived at the hotel. Not only with her warm smiles, I was also welcomed with a cold towel and a refreshing lemomgrass drink. We chatted like as if we had already known each other! As the room was already available on my arrival , I was granted early check-in to my room. Thank you, Ms Thida! I love my room. It was spacious and cosy. I wished the mini bar was complimentary but no biggie as there's a small grocery store just across the road where you can buy instant noodles, snacks, drinks and toiletries etc I spent the rest of my day out on a TukTuk for sightseeing and lunch. Mr Phea was my loyal TukTuk driver throughout my stay in Anjali. He was also like a tour guide and a friend to me. He brought me to an area where the Muslim community lives. There's a mosque and plenty of Halal food/restaurants. I truly appreciate Mr Phea doing this for me. Because of this, I had the opportunity to devour the delicious Cambodian dishes of Beef Lok Lak, Amok Fish, etc, without having to worry if it was pork-free and safe for me to eat. He brought me for a drive along the paddy fields and to watch the sunset. When I returned to the hotel, I was greeted by Ms Annie and Mr Panha. They were friendly too! Breakfast was alright to me. My first morning, I had my breakfast prepared and packed in a tiffin carrier as I left at 4am to go for the Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour. They packed hard boiled eggs, croissants, bananas, and little baguettes with jam. Only one morning I went to the restaurant for my breakfast and I chose Waffles with fresh fruits. There's a buffet of bakeries (bread, pastries, cakes), fresh fruit juices, cereals, and salad. I would totally recommend that the hotel look into an airtight container for the cereals as the ones I ate were all kinda soft and stale. The salad too should be covered because it was 'covered' with fruit flies and flies feasting on it. My two other breakfasts were spent in my room as requested. One of it was exceptionally good. I requested for scrambled eggs with cheese and mushrooms and I got just that. It was creamy and fluffy! I requested for smoked salmon at the side but was given smoked salmon bagel with rocket leaves and
The morning on my check-out day was sort of disgusting. The scrambled eggs were dry and two of out the croissants were cold. The watermelon Juice was good though. It could have been perfect if a glass of ice was served alongside with it.
CCHAV BophaThe staffs were so friendly and helpful. Room and space quite huge and clean. You can get Cambodian tropical breakfast with delicious taste and also you can get Europe breakfast too. Many choices for you. 🥰
JJtori12This stay was a piece of paradise in the city. The staff was very helpful to set up tours and offer suggestions. We decided to try the cooking class with Chef ImTer, and he was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and encouraging. The Khmer food was delicious! Even though it rained, they loved the class inside for us. Also , Polin (I think that’s how it was spelled) was so nice at every breakfast. If you’re in Siem Reap, this is a great option to relax.
MMyvenusThe room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The amenities were great too—everything I needed was there. My only small suggestion would be to add a bit more variety to the breakfast options, but other than that, everything was spot on. Would definitely stay again!
GGuest UserThe hotel has seen its glory days. Worn out rooms and half-cleaned. The breakfast was pretty good and the pool was fantastic as was the staff. If the rooms were refreshed including the bathroom this could be a great hotel.
AAnonymous UserOne of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff was amazing, especially the girls working at the reception. Every request was taken care of, we were allowed an early check-in and a late check out.
The food of the restaurant have some dishes with fair prices and I also liked their breakfast ( Ps: try their banana vanilla smoothie ;-) ) . The swimming pool side is also very nice, it’s not the biggest I’ve seen but you have enough place to swim and enjoy the water.
The free shuttle to the center is also a good point because the hotel is not really close to pub street, but even booking a grab is cheap.
I recommend 100%
MMariasmdThe room was exactly as show on the photos; spacious clean and bright. I could order breakfast to my room which was great. The first day breakfast was 15 minutes late, but luckily I wasn’t heading for the airport or anything. At the time of my stay there were offering 2 choices for breakfast, which were both delicious. The room came fully stocked with snacks as well as al pullover and Jon alcoholic drinks for cheap. Everything was around a dollar to a dollar twenty five. There is no elevator at this hotel. I was on the third floor and only had a carry-on luggage. Staff were pleasant and answered questions patiently.
