I was charged more when I checked in than what my receipt showed. I paid over $100 more than I was supposed to.

Since we stayed overnight on a monday, we were able to get it upgraded view of the river. ****** was small.

The service was absolutely horrible. Staff was rude and lazy. We requested extra blanket for our kids. They tried to tell us they did not have any more blankets. I went down to ask for a manager. They told me they did not have a manager working. After I told them we will just leave and go somewhere else they finally found us some clean blankets for or kids. But it took almost 2 hours and it was 11:40pm.

We were really surprised how nice Bally's is. We stopped at several other Casino's before we arrived and were concerned as they were all ran down. Bally's isn't up to a Las Vegas property standard, but we are in Louisiana...Great option if you are close.

It's a pet-friendly facility which was great -- but the pet rooms are on the third floor and we where far, far away from the elevator and then a long trek out of a side door and another 100 feet plus before there was any grass. Made it hard on the pup.

I stayed there for one night. Checked out 9 days ago.. the hotel transaction is still pending on my card and I’m yet to receive my $50 deposit back that they said I will receive soon as I checked out the room for absolutely oh my Lord, the dressers, you could see hundreds of just dirty fingerprints all over them, and the woman at the front was not very nice. I would not recommend staying there or shall I say I will never stay there again, but they will be giving me my money very soon cause I’m fixing to call them now..

The front desk ignored us repeatedly. The room was filthy, there was no water in the sink and they could not fix nor move us to another room. Fixtures in the room were all broken. Even the drawers and hair drier were dirty and there was dirt and a red substance splattered on the walls. The floors were dirty too. The slots were filthy too. Never again!

I'm not sure when the last time our room was cleaned. Yes it was outdated but that eas ok. The towels were stained or used? Layers of dust on the dresser and nightstands . The dresser drawers haven't been wiped out. The bathroom drawers were stained and also not wiped out. There wasn't even a garbage can in the room. Someone's earing and a power cord where on the floor so not sure when they last vacuumed.
