The only problem I had was I asked for a king size bed. And ended up in a room with two beds and that’s not what I paid for.

The property is average. It's an older hotel and it shows in the rooms. There's definitely some wear and tear. We did like that there was a crib available. The cost for what we got was a great deal.

To me the rooms are designed so you have to go out. What harm would it do to have a microwave in the rooms. And can someone please stock the vending machines on each floor.

Everything was great except for the chocolate cake that we ordered at the restaurant. It was $9 and tasted like it was DAYS old.

Charged resort fee but those features were not available. Check in was friendly but it took a long time with only one person working there. Our waitress was nice at dinner but all the other workers seemed more interested in their own social time. Food was not good but did not try the cafe. Leaky roof in the walkway from parking. Toilet flushed very loud, not sure how it was that loud.
Positive was it did not smell like smoke in the room like most other ****** rooms.

Temperatures were freezing inside the hotel. I had to be moved from my Jr Suite ro regular room due to not having heat in the room. This is the second time this has happened with this hotel in my last 2 stays.

I love staying here but there was no care or hospitality. We got snowed in there .. wasn't offered a discount, complimentary free night or anything.

I stayed here for a night. The bathroom was dirty with hair everywhere. The tissue paper was not there and felt it was not cleaned properly.
