Quality Inn Shreveport

I booked a room in the wrong state d/t my own negligence to check the location after using the current location tab. I tried calling the hotel within 5 min of paying too cancel and was told by hotel staff that reservations were cancelled but Trip.com had to refund money. Trip. Com reports to me that the hotel refused to cancel. Now somebody is lying. This is completely ridiculous that a company making so much would have to lie cheat and steal from someone who is barely getting by. I hope the person responsible gets a feel for bad karma soon.

We looked at 3 rooms and all were dirty and not fit to stay. The clerk was apologetic and gave us a full refund.

it is ironic that you posted a sign saying $200 charge for smoking yet the room I was in smelled like years of cigarettes, shouldn't you be paying me the $200???!!! Also, the lady that runs the morning breakfast is unpleasant to guests...maybe someone should tell her she is in the hospitality business which usually means be nice to guests

The elevator smelled like mold and the tub had rust. The A/C had food in it and the hot water didn’t get very hot.

First this hotel should be completely closed down. I do understand that people believe you get what you pay for but this was a really bad experience for my family & I. The room walls were dirty as if someone had thrown food at the walls. The smoke detectors were taped to wall & was still falling down. The room smelled look smoke, when I requested a smoke free room. There were several roaches crawling around the room. Also there big roaches dead down the hallway. I was so upset that I could not even stay in the room to get photos. This hotel should be deemed unlivable.

This property was an ok stay for the price we paid. Aside from a couple critter roaches trying to stay in with us not too bad of a problem. One room did not have hot water so we had to use one bathroom to shower out of both rooms that we rented. I knew what to expect when I showed up to the hotel so I was not surprised. Still a decent stay for what I needed the room for. We were out and about the town so we were hardly in the room. Hotel has its wear and tear. I would probably stay again if I had to.

The property was not clean or well maintained. There were NO blankets on the bed or in the room. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Staff didn’t greet people when checking in. Front desk clerk refused to look me in the eye when I asked where the breakfast room was. Pathetic. Do not recommend.

Bathroom had noticeable hair on floor of bathroom and vanity top had what looked like sugar spilled on it. Highway very close and walls and doors poorly insulated so you could hear lots of noise. Staff persons at front desk during check-in and early in the morning (3 am) when we left were very nice. For the low price, it's hard to complain. But we wouldn't stay there again.
