Feel happy to celebrate the 9th ”wedding anniversary” in Mandarin Oriental Hotel, thanks so much for a cake with ”Happy Birthday” printed on it. a bit weird when two staffs came in to decorate WITH their shoes stepping on the carpet of the room apart from that, all the other things are excellent

The hotel doesnt really look like that new from the outside, as we arrived we doubted if we have gone to the wrong place. The hotel located next to a residential area, 2-3 small stores nearby. Close to One Avenue, but not walking distance. Check in was smooth, staff knew minimal English though. The hotel has a aviation theme at the lobby. The room itself was fine, we had a double bed plus some sitting area. Room was spacious. Throughout the stay the minibar was available for free for us, and they extended check out time to 2pm for us. We ordered delivery online and was delivered to us at the room by the little robot from the hotel once it is delivered to the hotel. Pleasant stay overall, wished the location was a little more convient though.

The location is very nice, right next to KK mall. Checking in room on 96/F, overseeing the amazing view of Shenzhen CBD. First we was arrange to room 1801, but we are staying to celebrate valentine day, we would like to have the bath top next to window. The butler, Alice arranged to us to stay at the room and informed price detail for upgrading. The process was smooth, we switched to different room within 10 mins, meanwhile we took some stunning pictures with those turndown amenities. After dinner at KK mall, we experienced the gym and swimming pool on 75/F, everything is so 5 stars, water and towel can be access easily. Morning buffet on 95/F offered many different options , western pastry to Chinese noodle bar and so on. We had some delicious eggs. The overall experience was great, even the hotel generously offered us a late check out at 4pm. I love the kindness of those staff and St.Regis brand name.

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions for work in Shenzhen. Its a good location near Huaxiang Bei Shopping street and not far from Coco Park. There are a lot of places around for fine dining and quick bites with a mall and a plaza nearby. The staff are efficient and polite, sometimes speak English, and it is easy to get a taxi out front with staff there to help hail them. The standard kingsize bedroom is basic but nice and clean with fairly new furniture, I find the corner rooms facing the front most comfortable they usually seem a bit bigger.

Overall the room is so so, mainly ruined by smelly restroom and some dusty corners and stain of water on the ceiling, however the bed is clean and comfortable but our stay was shortened as my companion has a bad impression at the smelly restroom. Location wise, the hotel is bit of hard to find as hotel front door is sort of ”hidden”, even a driver of a public taxi that we boarded has no idea of the hotel too. We hope we are wrong but there seems like no vehicle can access directly to the hotel front door (At least we didn't notice that.), so it'll be a bit difficult for travelers with bulky luggages to check-in.

Very good hotel room, conveniently located at the Tongxinling subway entrance. The room is located on a high floor and is relatively quiet. The room is spacious. The area is very good. The hotel is clean and comfy. The girls working at the front desk are polite and professional. However, the window in our room was broken there was a lot of noise outside all night on the street and there were random people in the hallway talking nonsense on and off from midnight to 2 am. Unfortunately, I won't stay here again.

Simply LOVE this hotel. Everything is just great. Best location, just above Yannan Metro Station, next to many eateries and shopping. 10 mins walk to Huaqiangbei electronics market. Room wise is clean, spacious with lots of automation. The toilet bowl is also automated that comes with a bidet. However, the only complain I have is the inconsistent and low water shower pressure. Other than this, all are perfect. Nice spread of breakfast in a beautiful cafe settings. Great services from the hotel staffs too.... thumb up!! Will return if go Shenzhen again. :)

Can't fault this place. So conveniently located with 3 subway stations near by (line 1 and line 2), easy to get to anywhere within Shenzhen by train.. So many eateries around the areas. The only thing is housekeeping is only done upon requests, and the cleaner only cleans minimally. Bed is very comfortable. A washing machine is provided but no dryer (there is a small clothes drying area) Sound proofing of the unit is not so good so can hear the honking on the road, or neighbour talking and walking around. Definitely will stay again. 很方便，附近有三个地铁站，楼下的街上很多快餐店，饭店，奶茶点，咖啡店，还有个盒马，不怕饿到，渴到。 床也很舒服。 下次一定再住这里。

The location of the apartment is very good, next to the shopping mall and subway station. The room is located on the 21st floor with a good view. You can see Kingkey 100 and Diwang Building. The front desk was very nice and helped provide chargers. The mattress is also very supportive and elastic, making it very comfortable to sleep on and perfect for long stays. It's difficult to open the windows because it's on a high floor, and I forgot to have an air purifier. Overall, it is highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to Huaxin subway station, located in Huaqiangbei business district, shopping and dining are very convenient. The hotel is located on the third floor, there is no elevator, and it is really difficult to carry more than 40 pounds of luggage up the stairs. The front desk clerk was very good. Hotel facilities are similar to guest houses. If the hotel is a short-term stay, there is not much luggage, and the requirements for accommodation are not high.
