Hotels Near Tianhai Square in Shenzhen

老闆服務很好，房間很衞生，空間不算很大，但是能理解福田中心位置寸土寸金，價格還算比較親民，交通也很偏便利，樓下就是公交，幾百米就是僑城東地鐵站，樓下很多吃飯的，很方便，值得推薦👍

This is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.   I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me. The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work. On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.   I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.   If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks. So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

The hotel in the district of OCT. it is difficult to find the hotel by car. So you must really know the road to the hotel front door. The location is far from the subway. Maybe about 20 min walk. In The neighborhood are a lot of taxi. You can easily get a taxi to go about everywhere. The hotel is neat. A little bit outdated, but still neat enough to be considered well maintained. Maybe my room was upgraded. The room is very big. The bed is comfortable enough, but for me a little bit too hard. In this neighborhood the hotels are a little bit expensive for the quality you get. But compared to other hotels in the same neighborhood it is for now the best for the money you spend.

Hotel front desk a thumbs up as she let us just check in early as flight arrived early ie before 12 pm likely bcoz room available at that time. Unlike other hotel very restrictive even there are rooms avail to check in. Another thumbs up is the housekeeping lady Deng Mei Gui gave a good service on top of checking with us if we need anything. Just a stone throw away the Metro entrance. TV should have some english channel for foreigner like myself rather than offering only local programme. There is a nice barbecue duck, goose, pork and chasiew fastfood stall outside the hotel and just next to entrance into the Metro recommended to have a quick lunch/dineer. Good view facing the seafront overlooking HK land.

Center location, close to restaurants and the shops woodwork and Wi-Fi. The hotel has good energy but don’t have elevator for the upstairs overall it’s a good stay and they have beautiful doggies and cats.

Excellent location for restaurants, jazz and live music bars/restaurants, and for greenery and easy living. I have stayed here many times over the past 20 years. Great staff and very helpful but limited English. Some parts of the facilities need renovation such as bathroom shower metal frames, etc. That is why I give cleanliness a 4 of 5. Also by government rule hotels are no longer required to provide amenities such as toothpaste, etc. in the room. You can ask for it at desk. It rained heavily during my stay and I asked for a hotel umbrella to go out for lunch. I was given a thin plastic ”poncho” instead. 4 of 5 for amenities as well. Will stay again as an excellent price in an excellent location.

Please take this place as the joint to go into Hongkong and easy off since this place is so close to the port. Also, this place is close to a shopping mall and a whole lot of dining spots. I found a beer bar opens so late and enjoyed the draft beers and IPAs there, and those beers are tasty. There is another big shopping center 15 minutes walking distance with quite a lot of shops and dining places. I put my shoes there for clean and maintenance and then eat my dinner in a decent restaurant, and surely the food is GREAT! Come back to the room itself, I have to say it worth much more than the price. Clean and convenient, and it's a two floors little apartment. I like the style very much. It's like a typical American style single young man's living design. This is a nice place all in all, and definitely I will come back here next week when I back to ShenZhen.

It is in an office building, the front desk is on the 31st floor, The takeaways are delivered to the room by robots, and Qiaochengfang is a short walk down the street, very convenient! The most important thing is that the environment nearby is very quiet and comfortable. Not noisy at all. The room environment is also very good (the snacks on the table are brought by myself, not provided by the hotel)

Everything was good. It was very easy to get around cuz metro and bus station was in front of the hotel. So the location was perfect. Cleaning lady was also very nice she cleaned rooms everyday. Service was good they helped me a lot.

Always stay here on a budget. Travel to shenzen. Super near / walking distance to hua qiangbay. Very near many restaurant or massage place and park
