The hotel is very good. It was my first time to stay and the experience was very good. I am very satisfied! A friend came to Shenzhen Futian for a day trip and chose their hotel. The front desk service was enthusiastic and proactive. Since we couldn't find a location, he came downstairs to pick us up and patiently guided us in opening the lock. The password lock can be locked back, which is very safe and private. good. The floor of the room is very high and the soundproofing is very good. You can sleep until you wake up naturally. The room also has a small balcony. It feels very good to be in a city-view hotel. There is a shopping mall downstairs, and there is my favorite Bawang Cha Ji. It’s very good. I’ll come back next time.

Was extended my stay here for 5 night at last during the trip. The location is surrounded with KK one shopping mall, lot of foods stall, 300 walking distance to XIASHA Metro Station. Room was clean and the thumb up given to the helpdesk and service crew, easy to keep in touch with them during the stay by using Wechat and also they patient for every request made. It's definitely worth the price. 这公寓酒店的位置很方便，KK ONE 广场就在附近，临近还有很多小吃， 美食店铺。步行几百米就能到达下沙地铁站。入住期间谢谢工作人员耐心的协助， 通过微信就能联系他们超便捷。

This motel is located in an office building, lobby is a room on 35 floor. You will need the local app WeChat to pay for deposit at check-in and they will send you a message containing passcode for your room, so good luck if you don’t have WeChat or your WeChat is not linked to bank account. Rooms are all smoking rooms, I had to ask to change to one room that was less smelly, initially they refused claiming all the rooms are equally smoky. Motel is located near a big mall with many restaurant choices including BBQ and Cantonese cuisine and many many street foods nearby. Other than the smell, bed was comfy and toilet was okay, projector was huge but you need local payment app to play any movie.

I booked a hotel on Ctrip without reading too many reviews. The attitude of the front desk staff was very good when I checked in. They explained any questions very patiently. The room was very nice and clean. The view from the high floors was also very good, which was unexpectedly nice!

That was one of my best stays, I’m not sure they have a proper reception desk, but the stuff was really helpful during my check in (met me at the front door and helped to deal with baoan and Covid requirements). The environment and the room itself are cozy and clean.

The hotel's front desk service attitude is good, but it takes a long time to arrange a room and needs to be improved. Check-out time is 12 o'clock sharp. After negotiation, you can check out at 1 o'clock. In fact, check-out at nearby hotels is 2pm. This is a weakness compared to other hotels. The location of the hotel is close to the subway station (see photo), which is convenient. The room is in good hygiene condition, the WiFi connection is fast, and there are no disconnections for no reason. The room environment is quite quiet, but due to the low floor (3rd floor), there is sometimes noise from the street. The air conditioner is cold and quiet enough, great! Overall, it was a good experience. I will consider staying at this hotel again next time I come here.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. The front desk service is super friendly. There is morning tea and dinner in the mall downstairs. Parking is convenient. The room is relatively large and the bed and bathroom facilities are good. It is suitable for business travel. The transportation is convenient nearby. The view is very good. It feels good. , the overall value for money is good, I will come again next time!

The place was very nearby to the metro station just a 2 min walk .and there were many good restraunt nearby.the place was soo neat and tidy. The host helped me a lot and helped me reached there to the place.

Apartment was very close to the train station, although it would be a bit tough to find for those who don’t use a mainland number, baidu maps and wechat. On my end, it was very quick and easy since i got in touch with their hotline before coming, who then asked me to add their wechat account and provided me with photo instructions on finding the place. Checkin was also done thru the wechat mini program before being given the door passcode, although we met by chance near the lift lobby once we came up so he already opened the door directly for our convenience as well. He was very considerate, checking if we needed any more stuffs and even arranging delivery of additional pillows to the room after we returned late at night and realized it. The package we booked included one breakfast only but he provided for all of us anyway. There are many restaurants across the road but most of them close up by 9 in the evening. I read the reviews beforehand so i was glad they were able to improve on the complaints written here, so i made sure to take photos to document them, but it would be wise just as well to remind them on wechat before coming so they can prepare enough items for the number of people staying. Things to note, there was a leak on the ceiling of the shower area, water was clear and it wouldn’t really drip on you from where you stand. The air conditioner in one room was quite hard to open at first, had to switch batteries to the other remote control (cover also broken 😂) and it tended to make weird noises from time to time but was able to sleep through it anyway.

Everything was good. It was very easy to get around cuz metro and bus station was in front of the hotel. So the location was perfect. Cleaning lady was also very nice she cleaned rooms everyday. Service was good they helped me a lot.
