We booked a family suite with a twin bed and a queen bed, the lady at the front desk upgraded us to two queen beds for free. The room is spacious and clean, there is a kitchen and washer machine too, perfect for a traveler. Subway line 3 is right under the hotel building, you can take the elevator directly to the subway, Futian high speed train station is on the line 3 route, super convenient. The location is in walking distance to Dong meng market place and laojie, great for food and entertainment. Overall, it's a nice experience staying in this hotel

If you are looking to explore the pedestrian street , enjoy the different kind of street food and restaurants, shops etc…. RANZ hotel has the best location, it’s only about 5 min walk away . My room is very spacious, AC is excellent. We will choose to stay here again . Choose the middle level and up for your room .

This is my first visit to Shenzhen. The hotel location is just 5 minutes walk from the busy area of Dong Men Pedestrian street . Everything in the hotel is very new looks like it has been opened not long ago. The room is very clean. Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body moisturiser cream, shaver, tooth brush. The towels are new and clean. The breakfast is excellent and has a wide varieties. The receptionists are polite and there are welcome drinks at the reception when you check in. I would definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit. We stay here for 5 nights. I almost forget that there is a gym and reading lounge at the 9 floor.

Hotel is too warm no AC just fan, housekeeping staff couldn’t speak English but tried best to help and find way to assist.
