I didn't take pictures of the food because I was busy arguing on Valentine's Day. I was in a bad mood and kept crying. Fortunately, the hotel food was really good. After crying, there was a delicious breakfast. The service was thoughtful and attentive. I bought a stay voucher and got afternoon tea and two breakfasts, all prepared by the hotel, very rich and delicious. There was just not enough hot water. I had to wait a long time to take a hot shower again after taking a shower. There was another strange thing. As soon as I sat down to have afternoon tea after checking in, a drone came to take pictures. I don't know where the drone came from. I hope everyone will still pay attention to safety when they are out.

Hotel is clean and staff are friendy and helpful!! A very beautiful and relaxing place to stay for 2 nights! In addition, they also upgraded my room for free!! Breakfast is yummy too! The free photoshoot by JC摄影师 is excellent, he is profesionally and patient.👍👍👍👍👍

1. Location is a bit far but perfect for a quiet retreat, you may prebook Didi taxi or take bus or walk 5-10 mins to the main road for taxi 2. Great and friendly staff and service: offer pick up to closest metro station cause it was dark and no taxi nearby; allow breakfast in room (food is decent); 24/7 wechat service 3. Fresh air & amazing scenery: you may bring pets over, the hotel have a cute dog and alpaca Highly recommend for a stay!

The villa stay was fantastic. The staff there were very friendly and helpful especially 蛋糕管家. He provides wonderful services and was very patient with all of our requests. Most importantly, my children love the place. Will highly recommend this villa to my friend and will return when possible.

The hotel is located in very well reserved old Chinese city. Within hakka you have plenty of little shops to eat or you can also take a walk in the nearby nature park. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, staffs is very friendly, Chinese only but they are always trying to assist via wechat translate. Note the area is a no car zone, you'll have to walk to the hotel. Pleasant stay ideal for 1-2 nights as a solo traveller.

The sea view room is superb. You can see the blue sea and sunset while lying on the bed. There is a beach 50 meters downstairs. The sand is very clean and there are not many people. The room also provides drinks, fruit cup noodles, steam eye masks and other supplies. The housekeeper is also very considerate. Highly recommended, I will come again next time!

The location of the hotel is easy to find. Transfer to Bus No. 406 from Buji Metro Station. Walk up a short flight of stone steps and you will see Qiu Shanshuiju Hotel. When I entered the front desk, I learned that the room was on Park Hill, and the hotel had a special car to pick up guests. The check-in procedure was quick and the room was upgraded. The room was large enough and fully equipped. The best thing was the large bathtub, which was perfect for taking a dip at night. There is a terrace with a pleasant view. The front desk can arrange a special car reception for going up and down the mountain, which is a very good service. The front desk and housekeeping guys are attentive and smiling. The next day, we had tea and snacks at the Chinese restaurant of the Yamashita Hotel. The taste was first-class. Overall, I am very satisfied with this weekend trip, which is extremely cost-effective!

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is very nice and close to everything in this small beautiful town. Right in front of the building is a local canal and you will find the hotel's restaurant where you can have breakfast in the morning and buy a local style skewers at night. The room itself is sparkingly clean, albeit a minor toilet screen door's seal damage that needs repair. If you come as a family with your kids, the private hot spring may not be that private because there was no door to give you privacy from you kids! (only Chinese pattern partition screen door). Apart from that everything was in very good order. The hotel staff was super friendly even though he could speak limited English. There was some confusion during check-in that I made a prepay via credit card over Trip.com already but he miscommunicated and charged me again. He found out later on and hurry to my room to amend that and he said he feel deeply sorry for that misunderstanding. Later that night, he sent message through my WeChat that there is free milk offered before 10pm. While I got back to the receotion at 9pm asking for the milk for my daughter, the receptionist said I have to walk back to the restaurant in front to get it but my daughter did not feel like walking back so we said we were good and heading back to room to call it a day. About 10 minutes later, the same guy knock my door and came with 2 cups of hot milk! This is beyond my expectation :) and it was a heartfelt service I have never had before even from the hotel in Thailand, my country where the hospitality and service has been highly regarded. He also helped negotiate with the tricycle taxi from the Gankeng Town Gate to the Gangkeng station the next morning when I check out. I could understand a bit of Mandarin and I heard the taxi driver try to charge extra for my luggage but he asked the driver not to charge and he agreed. I regret that I did not ask for this hotel's staff name but he wears glasses, about 180cm tall and was driving the hotel's golf cart in my last photo here. I would like to say to him that you are the best! and keep up the great work ;) You will not disappoint anything at this hotel as it worth much more than what you paid for ;)
