Very good and very helpful staff. Location was very convenient to many eateries, shopping and places to stroll and relax. Facilities in the hotel was very good too. Allowed late check out till 2 pm. Breakfast choice was excellent too. Will surely come back. Although I did mention it was for my anniversary celebration, sadly nothing special was done 😞. Otherwise it was great

Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

We told the guest experience team before the stay that our trip is for wedding anniversary. They have well decorated our room beforehand with champagne and cake, which was impressed. Lounge access is flexible as we missed the afternoon tea on the 1st day and we are allowed to have it on the next day after we checked out. Lounge staff were all very nice and helpful. A very good experience in Four Seasons Shenzhen. Chinese restaurant staff are also helpful and they have prepared some simple decoration on our table which are also very nice.

Amazing option in Shenzhen. Big and confortable rooms. One of the most complete Gym I visited in China. Sauna, Jacuzzi and pool (it was close during our stay). The night buffet at hotel's restaurant it is a must try (japanese, chinesa and western food, with drink included). The hotel has the best staff I faced in China. Mr. Roman at front desk, was fast, solved all our doubts and was super helpfull. Mr Forest also. Help us with luggage, taxi and courier. We will comeback for sure!!!

My favourite hotel in Shenzhen. You cannot fault the accommodation or service. We are always treated like royalty and you feel very special. The rooms are fantastic and very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with a huge choice. My only criticism of this stay would be that the executive lounge food options did not seem as good as before. Maybe we got unlucky.

I had an incredible stay at the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen for my business trip. The executive suites exceeded my expectations, and I was amazed by the exceptional hospitality provided by Jeffrey, the manager, and his team. We had three rooms booked for our group, and we're eagerly anticipating our next visit. It's challenging to find a hotel that fulfills all of our expectations, but the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen certainly did.

The location is very nice, right next to KK mall. Checking in room on 96/F, overseeing the amazing view of Shenzhen CBD. First we was arrange to room 1801, but we are staying to celebrate valentine day, we would like to have the bath top next to window. The butler, Alice arranged to us to stay at the room and informed price detail for upgrading. The process was smooth, we switched to different room within 10 mins, meanwhile we took some stunning pictures with those turndown amenities. After dinner at KK mall, we experienced the gym and swimming pool on 75/F, everything is so 5 stars, water and towel can be access easily. Morning buffet on 95/F offered many different options , western pastry to Chinese noodle bar and so on. We had some delicious eggs. The overall experience was great, even the hotel generously offered us a late check out at 4pm. I love the kindness of those staff and St.Regis brand name.

It is so good!!! So wonderful!!! The hotel is so fancy and was much nicer than expected, there were a lot of hotel facilities, and the buffet is fantastic! I really recommend everyone to stay in this hotel, will come again if we will take a flight to or from the Shenzhen Airport.

The boss was very enthusiastic. He came to help us carry our luggage and cut fruit for us to eat. He also asked us to give his name for a discount when eating. For the sake of the boss, he did not leave a bad review and did not comment too much on the room. I have a suggestion for my boss, that is, the quilt has no core and is just a thin quilt cover. It will be hot at night if the air conditioner is not turned on, and the quilt cover will be very cold if the air conditioner cover is turned on (mainly because there is a bed facing the air conditioner outlet). Another thing is that It was too noisy in the middle of the night. Children from another family screamed until around 11 o'clock in the middle of the night. However, we can't blame the boss. Bathhouse No. 3 was not open due to the weather. We all went to Bathhouse No. 1. Bathhouse No. 1 was very dirty even though it was far away. , there are many plastic bags and snack bags floating in the sea. It is not recommended to go to Bathhouse No. 1.

Great hotel! Check in was easy and clean spaces. The hotel room was specious and clean. Had some issues with the aircon but the hotel staff fixed it for us very promptly. Very convenient to order takeaway that gets delivered by a little robot. The location was okay, though it’s easy to take a taxi to go anywhere anyways so it didn’t matter too much.
