We had a wonderful stay! 1.Excellent location – just a short walk to Dongmen, 2.making it super convenient. 3.Clean and spacious rooms – perfect for a family of four. 4.Very child-friendly – great for families traveling with young kids. 5.Fully equipped kitchen – everything we needed was provided. 6.Washer-dryer combo – very handy for longer stays. We requested for the extra bed to be placed on the floor since our kids are still small, and the staff were incredibly attentive—they adjusted it right away. We truly appreciated the thoughtful service and will definitely return!

Spacious Room, good value for money! Also, very close to Luojie where you can get all the delicious foods and shopping! 😁 Because it was our first time staying at this hotel. They gave us one breakfast on the house as our booking was included one guest breakfast only. Overall, it was a nice experienced and will definitely book again in the future!

No matter on hotel's location, cleanliness, service as well as the facilities are perfectly match! The reception staff, Ms. ‘Siu Sin', handled our early check-in, 11am, smoothly in 1 one minutes and without any problem. She's doing an excellent job!!

ZTL hotel location is very convenient. Metro is right at the doorsteps with lots of restaurants and shops. Hotel rooms are very spacious, cozy and beds are very comfortable. Amy at the front desk is very helpful and kind. Amy also went above and beyond recommending great food, massages and shopping areas. Will definitely come back again. Big thanks to Amy who made our stay in Shenzhen a very memorable and enjoyable time.

Spend 3 day 2 night in the hotel. Location was excellent. Train station and shopping mall is right underneath. Overall it was a pleasant stay till we are into our 2nd night my friend got bite badly by the mosquitoes over his face and noise coming from the construction at 9am onwards. I believe after the construction ended that the areas all these problem would be subside. Would be great if the hotel had warn us on the mosquitoes situation as we found a device in the drawer need to be plug to switch to prevent mosquitoes.

It was a really pleasant stay. The bedding was fresh ans clean and the pillows were really comfy. The best part, I got a free room upgrade. 小潘 was really warm, welcoming and helpful. I was able to receive my 外卖 without leaving the room. The doorstep delivery was game changing. Overall experience was phenomenal. I would definitely come back again :D

Location This hotel is located right opposite Dongmen lao jie with all the food varieties and wholesale market. Easy navigates and alot of food choice and shopping spree. However, the main road is currently undergoing construction. Hence, I felt it is pretty troublesm if we want to book didi. We need to pull our luggage and wait by the roadside to flag taxi. Each time we go out, we get to cross the road and hold our kids hands tightly as the e-bike riders drive is pretty annoying. Service Staff are superb helpful and polite. Hotel guest is allow to order TB and deliver to the hotel. Hotel will assist to receive the parcel. Laundry services which I felt is the best service I ever had. And its FOC. We send our clothes to the laundry room to wash, hotel staff will help us to transfer to the dryer machine and send it to our hotel room accordingly. Thumbs up to this service. Cleanliness Satisfied and approved.

Everything was alright, the room was clean. we faced an issue with the cleaning crew, as we indicated DND for the monitor, but they came in and cleaned the room while we were away. Nothing was missing and the reception lady apologized!

Locationwise this hotel is really convinience as they have lift directly to the hotel since its only two lift so sometimes take time to go up and down. The room is quite spacious with air purifier machine but Some people still smoking in the corridor so the smoke smell everywhere. The room beside us open their door and talking in the night which is quite noisy. It will be better to separate the smoking room floor with non smoking one.
