Hotels in Dongmen Commercial Area, Shenzhen

Right at the outskirt of Lao Street. Many eateries and shopping malls nearby. Hotel provided free breakfast, with adequate selection. Room size reasonable. Strong airconditioning and natural sunlight. Free mini bar for the first day. Highly recommend to those who want to visit Lao Street.

We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room. The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping. We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen.

We’re so happy that we extended 3 nights instead of 1. Location is very good and you can do almost anything in Shenzhen from here. Metro station is quite near (10 mins walking distance) and the receptionist is very kind although she cannot speak english, but she willing to use translate app. Room got upgraded to the biggest one (we ordered the very small one). Best hotel we have ever stay in China.

Have chosen to upgrade my room so that I can check in earlier. The room is great, clean and spacious. The location is right next to exit H of Laojie metro, and is near to many shops and eateries. The hotel helps to collect parcels too.

Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision! It's only 300 meters from the subway station, which made getting back from sightseeing at night incredibly convenient. The front desk attendant was so friendly and welcoming. I arrived early before my room was ready, so she offered to store my luggage and handed me a glass of iced plum juice, saying 'It's hot, this will help you cool down.' I instantly felt refreshed and relaxed. The room wasn't huge but it was exceptionally clean and fresh. The bedding had a subtle lavender scent and was so soft and comfortable. The bathroom mirror even had a magnifying makeup mirror next to it – such a thoughtful touch for female guests! For breakfast, the freshly ground soy milk and tea eggs were incredibly flavorful. The auntie in the dining area even noticed I took second helpings of fried dough sticks and offered to warm them up for me. I stayed for two nights and didn't encounter a single issue. The attention to detail truly showed how much care they put into everything. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

Miffy was amazing she has helped us throughout this stay at the holiday in making everything A lot easier for us. The hotel is really clean and nice. They have a few vegetarian options but just double check and ask. The food was really good too. As a person who eats halal I would recommend staying here. The view from the room was amazing as well.

The location is best just opposite the station.Many food and shops just at the door step of the hotel..The exterior looks normal but the rooms were well renovated.We were pretty late for our train to guangzhou.We were asking the front office to help us to book a didi to the railway station. Amy the guest relation was so kind she told use to use the train which will be faster to catch our railway to Guangzhou than the didi.She was so kind to lead us to the way to take the subway train and even help carry our luggages.Her customer service was excellent .Me and my friend were so grateful to her.We were thinking we will miss our booked railway train.But we finally got on to the train in the nick of time for Guang Zhou.we will not forget the excellent service that Amy had given us.Thank you Amy.

Its convenient location offers a wealth of dining and entertainment options nearby. This is a highly recommended hotel! The front desk staff, especially the ladies, provided incredibly attentive and thoughtful service. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the room and the powerful, effective air conditioning. Absolutely worth a stay!

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, right next to Dongmen Market. If you have some free time, you can explore Dongmen Old Street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby! The service is professional, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I stay here every time I visit Shenzhen, and it's always a great experience. They even have robots that deliver takeout to your room. All the staff are very polite, and the facilities are well-equipped with everything you could need. Overall, a really pleasant stay!

The room was spacious and very clean. The front desk service was just okay, though. My biggest complaint, however, was about the laundry service. That morning, I asked a staff member if they could help dry my clothes and send them back to my room once they were done washing. She said it was no problem. However, when I returned to my room at 11 PM, my clothes hadn't been delivered. I inquired at the front desk, and they seemed completely clueless, only to eventually tell me my laundry was still waiting in line for a dryer?! Considering I was the only one using the laundry facilities at the time, there's no way it would take 12 hours to get a dryer! They eventually did dry my clothes and placed them outside my room door, but they were noticeably damp and had a stale, musty odor, as if they had been left wet and confined for a long time.
