Hotel is too warm no AC just fan, housekeeping staff couldn’t speak English but tried best to help and find way to assist. While the guy at the front gate also helped with our query to safari park and greeted us the next day if we enjoyed our trip. Overall the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffest is ok have many choices.

We booked a family suite with a twin bed and a queen bed, the lady at the front desk upgraded us to two queen beds for free. The room is spacious and clean, there is a kitchen and washer machine too, perfect for a traveler. Subway line 3 is right under the hotel building, you can take the elevator directly to the subway, Futian high speed train station is on the line 3 route, super convenient. The location is in walking distance to Dong meng market place and laojie, great for food and entertainment. Overall, it's a nice experience staying in this hotel

The room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom walls translucent with no privacy in the toilet. Also the bathroom night lights were not easily turned off, affecting our sleep.

The service here is amazing and the staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel location is very near to dong men with lots of food and shops and it is super convenient. The rooms are big and considerably clean. Overall this hotel is very worth the price and I recommend staying here. Mr Ho who works at the front desk is especially helpful to us.

It is my favorite hotel in the Luohu area. Big room. Clean and recently upgraded. The price is hard to beat for a 5 star. The location is awesome. Have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here.

Location: 9/10 The hotel is located in a central location within walking distance to dongmen, kk100 and mixc and many eateries nearby. For luohu, I think it is a good location. Room: 7/10 It is relatively new and clean. Love the swivel chair that is very comfortable when working in the hotel room. However, the room lacks a safe and a fridge which are essentials that I require. Aircon takes awhile to cool down. Bed is comfortable but windows are not cleaned from inside and outside. Amenities: 9/10 the free use of washer and dryer is an attractive point to stay here. However, the gym is old and does not have a workout bench for use of the dumbbells. Breakfast is relatively simple and decent. Similar to mumianhua (5* hotel). However, it could have more western items like sausages, baked beans and ham but I understand they do cater to more domestic travellers. Overall, a decent hotel to stay at.

This hotel is a new designed style boutique hotels in Shenzhen within this year. I like it with clean and modern style and comfort bed offers good night and working with the new designed light is quite good. The bathroom is good enough for me to take an hot bath after the whole day working or shopping. Besides, the location of hotel is the central location of Law Wu and near the shopping mall or LawWu Train station to Kong Kong . Moreover, the service of staff is nice even my 普通話 is worst. 我亦可以用簡單廣東話和不太正確的廣式普通話和前台溝通，她們很樂於協助，籍得一讚！另外附近有国貿站的金光華商場很方便去地鐵站搭車和吃飯！加上金光華對面有24小時營業的香港新發茶餐廳只是5分鐘路程，真的很方便！加上用Trip.com訂房可以在late check out 至下午2點真好！

Gary is very enthusiastic. Although his English is a little poor, he is very serious about helping us deal with the problem. I also like the location of the hotel very much. It is very close to Hong Kong, which is worth recommending.
