The lobby lounge area is very nice, coffee and hot water are available, elevators are divided into two, free choice, mattresses are comfortable, and two pillows are soft and firm, laundry, breakfast is plentiful and distinctive, and the service staff is friendly. The hotel room was super clean and the room was spacious and big. Just 10 minutes away from the hotel, it cost us around 20 yuan to get there at 2am in the morning with a Didi. The working staff was nice and helpful. We had a problem with our SIM card and they were more than open to help us with it. If I come back to Shenzhen, I will totally repeat in this hotel.
