frontdesk staffs are helpful, friendly and diligent, so are the chamber maids. facilities in hotel adequate with laundry facility, swimming pool and nearby eateries. light breakfast of burger & soy drink or century eggs congee with fried dough stick are from KFC at ground level. surrounding of hotel are lighted in night making it safe for ladies' to walk around. room is clean & comfortable with workable TV and hair dryer. provide toothbrushes, comb, showercap, etc . towels are clean and not tatty/shabby. short walking distance to mrt station, malls, shopping street & eateries. will select them again in next trip.

More than the beauty of the place, the superb service really stood out for me. Specially Mr. Zhang and the rest of their team. They treated us like VIP's! Very very warm welcome to us. Thank you! Surely we will come back! 💜📌🌱

A very new and modern hotel with many amenities. Breakfast was also great with many fresh choices including a noodles bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is very near the Shenzhen train station with many shops to eat and buy other things. I will give it a 5 stars.

This is a brand new hotel that has been completely renovated on the original site in Vienna. I always love staying in new hotels. This time I really stayed in the latest hotel. My husband and I both felt that we were the first group of travelers to stay in this room. The mattress in the room It was super easy to sleep, and the bedding was of great quality... and the staff in Vienna told us that these rooms had been empty for two months to remove the smell. Although they were brand new, there was no unpleasant smell. The hotel is in a very good location, right opposite the newly extended Fuxing Station on Line 11. It is very convenient to go everywhere, so I have decided to stay here during the ***** New Year. My only suggestion is that the TV is very big, but it’s not easy to control! I forgot to mention that the staff in Vienna, including the cleaning ladies, are very polite and commendable.

Besides the confusing name ”Maker Hotel vs Mellow Orange Hotel” this is one of my recommended hotels here. Also a Trip.com award winner, the room is small and a bit old but it's actually pretty clean and comfy. Most of our neighbours are foreigners and I think most are here to check out Huaqiangbei Commercial Street (华强北) which is located just across the road. Perfect hotel to stay if you intend to buy some electronic stuffs opposite.

My overall experience was okay at best. The location was very difficult to find as the listed address lead us to the wrong place, we had to spend extra to get a taxi to the actual location after we clarified with the reception. The room itself was very nice with a very good view and we slept very well. The hot water tank was not so nice where it ran out of hot water in about 5 minutes of showering.

The location is perfect right across the street is the beach and that’s the main reason to book this hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was nice. It’s a very large hotel. Outside there’s lots of shops and lots of places to eat.

The hotel is located in high building No. 2 and in a good location and close electronic market stores, there are many restaurants/food shops and minimart around hotel, and also close to Yannan metro station. The hotel needs to improve the clealinees, and the floor needs to be vacuumed, a batrroom very small. They should have coffee bags service. Staff are very kind and helpful, others are good.

The service was really good loved the young girl who helped us out as we were not happy with the first room that they gave us since we opted for the executive suite but we were given the basic loft. The hygiene was not really acceptable, as the bins had smoking marks, the room smelled a bit of old cigarette smell. The Aircon was really dusty. The toilet was not really well clean. I basically had to wipe down the bathroom. We did ask them to tidy up the room for the second day however, the bed was made. Overall the location was good accessible to many shops and restaurants.
