Shenzhen Luohu District Hotels

Room cleanliness was mid. AC was not on when I checked in and it was alr got so checking into a humid room was not the best feeling. The room also didn't smell the best maybe because of the humidity. toilet was filled with the little insects and had mold around the silicone area. The hair dryer had a layer of dust and even the clothes in the cupboard as well was not looking the cleanest. They also made a mistake when they gavw me my card it didn't work the first time so I couldn't go up and had to make my way with my luggages to the front desk again to get it fixed when I was already sweating so much from the heat and they were taking quite a long time at the front desk. I guess the good park is the free coffee that they give a voucher for and also the free laundry where they provided colour catchers as well. Staffs were nice.

We checked in around 2am and have to contact the receptionist as he happened to step away. Check in was swift, given side by side rooms for my friends. Room was spacious and toilet are clean, toiletries are well equipped. Hotel is very advanced, request for amenities such as plastic bag and beer opener and was delivered through AI robot within minutes. Room has noise isolation, nearby has convenience stores and good room. Location is friendly and easy to locate. Counter staff Xiaoyu done our check out and made coffee for us, smiley and courteous staff. Please continue to keep up the good job!

Right at the outskirt of Lao Street. Many eateries and shopping malls nearby. Hotel provided free breakfast, with adequate selection. Room size reasonable. Strong airconditioning and natural sunlight. Free mini bar for the first day. Highly recommend to those who want to visit Lao Street.

We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room. The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping. We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen.

We’re so happy that we extended 3 nights instead of 1. Location is very good and you can do almost anything in Shenzhen from here. Metro station is quite near (10 mins walking distance) and the receptionist is very kind although she cannot speak english, but she willing to use translate app. Room got upgraded to the biggest one (we ordered the very small one). Best hotel we have ever stay in China.

The hotel was excellent! It's newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and smartly managed. The location is superb, just 200-300 meters from Guomao Metro Station and very close to Luohu Port, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. The breakfast was also great. It offers fantastic value for money. My flight was delayed due to heavy rain, and when I requested a late check-out, the hotel staff kindly accommodated my request without any hesitation. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Originally an older upscale hotel, the facade has been recently renovated, giving the entrance a modern and grand appearance. Pros: The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Luohu Port. While the room's original furnishings have a classic, somewhat dated feel, it was spotlessly clean and offered good value for money, especially at less than 400 RMB on a Saturday. Minor drawbacks: 1. The hotel hallways have noticeably low ceilings. 2. Only 3 out of 5 elevators were operational. Major Drawbacks: 1. The banquet hall entrance was directly adjacent to my room. An event was held there in the afternoon, creating significant noise. What's more, guests could only access the banquet hall via the guest room corridor, leading to a constant stream of non-guests passing by my door. If this is the unavoidable route for banquet access, then a room in this location should absolutely not be designated as a guest room; it's only fit for a storage or linen room. 2. The air conditioning (AC) was practically useless. Even set to 18℃ with the fan on high, it only produced a very weak, slightly cool breeze. It struggled all night, only managing to cool the room to 27.5℃, resulting in an uncomfortably hot night. I checked in around noon and only returned to my room after 11:30 PM. With an early check-out the next morning for Hong Kong, I simply didn't have the energy or time to request a room change. I find it hard to believe that the previous guest wouldn't have reported this AC issue.

The rooms are a comfortable size with a practical layout. The bedding was perfectly soft, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring a wide variety of fresh ingredients. The operator, Eirwen, impressed us with her clear and friendly voice, patient demeanor, and prompt responses.

Have chosen to upgrade my room so that I can check in earlier. The room is great, clean and spacious. The location is right next to exit H of Laojie metro, and is near to many shops and eateries. The hotel helps to collect parcels too.

Its excellent soundproofing ensures a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbance. Honghu Park, a pleasant escape just a short walk away, is perfect for a leisurely stroll in the early morning or evening. Overall, with its excellent location and environment, the hotel is well-suited for both business and leisure stays.
