The service attitude is very good, but the details are greatly compromised. 1) The fruits given to VIPs are obviously two grown men living there, so what’s the point of giving them so much? Take a look at the fruit plate provided by Grand Skylight. It's better not to send it. 2) I prepared a clothes drying rack with good intentions, but it turned out that my balcony was so small that I couldn’t hang clothes at all. Because the two poles were deployed either against the wall or against the railings, they must have been used separately. It's also very annoying to put inside, it's too big. And aren’t there any concerns about the carpet becoming moldy if it drips water? 3) Breakfast at 7 o'clock in the morning, the water for cooking noodles has not boiled yet at 7:30. There are so many other things that can be done, but that basin of water can’t be boiled in advance? You can also see unthawed meat floating on top. Service management needs to be improved. Another suggestion: You can put a washing machine in the bathroom and shower room, lock it, and only release it for long-term business trips, and do disinfection and cleaning. For example, accommodation for more than 5 days is free, and cleaning fees for less than 5 days will be charged.
