地理位置真的超級nice~出地鐵站就是，而且和藍鯨商場是連着的，樓下是東南亞菜，各種便利店，超方便，吃飯買東西可以直接去商場裏面，門口又是地鐵站，去機場還有高鐵站超級方便，裏面打掃的很乾凈，很寬敞，我們幾個人皮箱一整個攤開放，而且走的那天深圳在下雨，我朋友兩點多才把皮箱取走，房東也是很好的人，強烈安利一波~

很棒很舒服，很久沒住過這麼舒心的民宿了。位置在南鯨樓上。廚房很舒服，備菜枱子也很大，非常適合新手練習做菜

不愉快的經歷
我訂了, 無資料顯示我可聯絡誰. 幸好到達後, 有國內朋友我百度一下, 找到電話, 可以聯絡. 他才WECHAT 我在哪裏入口, 密碼, 房間號碼.
網站地圖顯示是鳯凰城站B出口, 其實是A出口,轉彎就到, 大約是5分鐘, 不用9分鐘.
房間面積有誤導, 650平方米, 其實只有一半, 只是一間偽複式房間, 所以上下層才有平方米. 網站房間沒有圖片是要由室內上樓梯才上兩間睡房. 幸而兩層的樓底都高, 不會頂頭.
廳沒有叉電的電制, 要在開放式的廚房才有, 不方便.
廁所沒有在牆身整掛勾可掛衫, 方便掛衫沖涼.
不明白在坐廁上面有一條污穢毛巾, 身旁是廁紙, 感覺廁紙是否乾淨. 為何沒有安裝廁紙架
細房的燈制竟在房門口, 晚上要出房門熄燈, 不方便.
