Lqocation is very good, close to a subway station and the staff were brilliant. They went all the way to help you resolving issues although most werent their faults.
The building is full of cigarettes smell. You'll smell it throughout the whole unit. The wall isn't clean, there're moulds in the bathrooms. The pillows were smelly. Hot water is no existent. Good for two minutes and then gone. Have to wait for a good few minutes before the hot water runs again.

A solid apartment stay as usual. Everything was clean and all essential items were provided. The staff are professional and generally leave you alone.
As others have said, there are problems with the shower heater, it changes from scalding hot to freezing cold quickly and randomly. Some smaller rooms are exposed to loud construction from 6:00 a.m. to midnight so be careful

The bed was not so good the air conditioner dripped a lot on the bed

Overall the hotel, view, room and everything is very good, however Little difficult as we have go go down every time to pickup the delivery. Also ask the staff every time to access the floor.

For the price I paid the room was very nice and clean.
To improve: it has a kitchen, but no utensils to cook.
I recommend if you like skyscrapers: I was in the level 29.

Good stay, can recommend for the good price. Washing machine and detergent provided as well as hangers to dry clothes in the balcony space. Bed was soft and comfy. Nice size of room with a kettle and some tea and cups provided (though ours needed cleaned before use). Kitchenette is a bit redundant however as they don't provide any cooking utensils plates or bowls or anything so can't be used (missed opportunity to add value). Location is good, very close to metro stop.
Overall a good stay with some minor improvement points but can definitely recommend.

Unsafe! A man entered my room in the middle of the night even though I had set the door to the locked position. I reported to reception and took out the batteries from the the lock the following night. Reception said they’d look into it but never got back to me.
Nice in every other respect, but the safety issue cannot be overlooked.

Good location but everything is terrible (service is run by college kids who daf, they give you used shampoo, water leaking, toilet is clogged, overpriced). Glad I’m out of there

Upon entering the room, I noticed an unusual smell which was quite off-putting. Despite attempts to air out the room, the smell persisted throughout my stay.
The shower was another area of concern. The water temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold, which made for an uncomfortable experience.
As for the service, it was average at best. I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of attentiveness and efficiency.
Overall, my stay at the hotel was less than satisfactory.

Really nice and helpful people. Apartment had a great view, and was in a good location. Everything worked well, and there is a full kitchen and washing machine.
Only minus is that they did not have an iron, which I think is a big bummer, and also not a gym. But hey, you can't get everything.
