The villa stay was fantastic. The staff there were very friendly and helpful especially 蛋糕管家. He provides wonderful services and was very patient with all of our requests. Most importantly, my children love the place. Will highly recommend this villa to my friend and will return when possible.

The villa is really great. Their breakfast, afternoon tea and milk at night were so nice. They also created a we chat group to help communication. It was my friend’s birthday and they made the decoration at the room and I could pre order birthday cake.
The only thing which improve is the projector TV is not very good. The resolution is so low which makes the image so blurred.

Everything seemed to go wrong here. The fridge was broken and took us many attempts to get it fixed, they asked if we wanted to book a sound therapy treatment which we did, but they communicated the wrong time to us, so we turned up and found out we needed to wait another 90 minutes, and no apology, just gave a bunch of weak excuses. When we were leaving they also asked us to go back into the room to check if we left anything…why? We already checked out…and why can’t they go to check the room if they are so concerned? Also, they kept asking for 5 star review, which automatically makes me not want to give one. If you want a 5 star review it needs to be a 5 star experience, which it was not. Overall the place is nice but the staff are lazy and expect a 5 star review because the room is, what they think, a 5 star room. But an experience is not only the room looking beautiful, it’s also the people and the larger experience which they don’t seem to understand.

Recently, Shenzhen has cooled down and it is a good season for hot spring bathing. I quickly found a private hot spring courtyard in a sea view villa in Shenzhen with my girlfriend.
As soon as we booked the room, there was a dedicated butler to serve us. When we were about to arrive, the butler would come to pick us up and help us with our luggage. The activity and entertainment area in the entrance hall was very large, with a sunken living room and KTV.
The decoration in the room was simple and wooden, very clean and tidy. The butler introduced the facilities in the room and how to use the hot spring pool and projection screen one by one, and said that he could be contacted at any time if he needed anything. The service was really good.
The private hot spring is very private. It is an independent courtyard with a great atmosphere. After soaking, you can go to the tatami in the tea room in the room to make a pot of brown sugar ginger tea to warm your body from the inside out.
There are three options for breakfast: Chinese, Western and European. When you wake up in the morning, tell the housekeeper that everything is made on site to ensure the taste. When it is ready, the housekeeper will notify you to come to the restaurant on the first floor for dinner. The breakfast tastes very good👍
