The location is convenient but have to take note as there are few branches at the similar area. Please make sure exit from J2 exit if you are using MRT to Fumin station. This branch only located 1min away from Fumin J2 exit. Please note that there are many exits so must make sure u use the correct exits to reach your hotel to avoid a long walking distance. I like the lady receptionist during my first day check in on 15/8/2025. She is friendly and always smile until can feel her sincereness. I would give her a 5 star rating. She has upgraded our room to bigger room which is surprising me without I request. She told us another alternative way which is search Fuye Building to locate their branch easily. Subsequently I just inform the taxi drivers that my destination is Fuye Building when I plan to go back to hotel and it works. We stayed for 2 nights and the first day we had put the sign on to clean the room during 10am. We went back to hotel at 4pm but the room still not clean yet. I

The service was excellent, they were helpful in many ways, they allowed me to check in very late and also extended my checkout. Good rooms and good price.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's close to the subway and has a comfortable bed. We thought it was a bit pricey for the room without a window, but there weren't many options for the dates we needed. The staff was friendly and helped us when needed.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. Cleanliness is extremely important for me, and I was pleasantly surprised by how pristine it was. The hotel provides daily housekeeping, and I could genuinely feel the dedication of the staff in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. During my stay, I felt incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s location is another highlight, situated conveniently near the FUMIN Metro station Exit J2. This made it easy to explore various parts of Shenzhen and also offered convenient access to transportation for Hong Kong, as well as shops, supermarkets and restaurants are located next of the hotel. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful, especially the Manager Miss Yuen. When my wife fell ill, she arranged for additional water to be sent to our room and provided us with valuable recommendations on where to seek medical assistance. Thanks to her thoughtful suggestions, my wife recovered quickly. She also shared a wealth of information about traveling in Shenzhen, marking our trip smoother and more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel stands out as one of the best I’ve ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen.
