Hotel staff very friendly. The hotel provide perfume, wet tissues, hair clips, cottonwood and etc in the lobby.

Very comfortable stay, convenient location right next to 洪朗北 subway station D exit, easy for us to get to where we wanted to go during our trip which was 歡樂港灣 and 宝安科技館。Good value for money, will happily stay here again.

This hotel has a good location which has a mall opposite and just beside the metro. Staff were helpful as well. They upgraded my room to a bigger bed (2.6m wide) room as the double bed is a bit small to squeeze an adult and child comfortably. However, one down side is that, there is no fridge in the room. Else, all is good.

The hotel location is close to the subway exit B. Although it’s a bit far from the city centre, in our opinion it is still quite convenient. Cleanliness is great and we were thinking of coming back. Unfortunately we were greatly disappointed by the 7th floor cleaning lady. She showed a very unhappy face and rudely teased us “if all customers are like you, asking for some more water, it will be a disaster” when we asked for only a few more bottles of water (where we needed it for a medical reason). This made us feel this hotel doesn’t have good hospitality. We have reflected this issue to the reception during check out who constantly begged and pestered us to give them all 5 stars for the review. If you actually wanted return customers and weren't just begging for five star ratings, hopefully customer service will improve in the future so that you can earn a well-deserved five stars. Also, when we checked in we asked for non smoking room, the reception guy assured us the whole hotel is smoke-free. However, for the second night we stayed, where someone moved in the room next to us, they smoked in the midnight and it somehow got into the ventilation air conditioning system and our room. It was very unpleasant but we didn’t complaint as it was in the midnight and we were too tired. Also we found it is not a smoke-free hotel (see photos). The hotel rooms are 4-7 floors, they provide ear buds as it’s close to the busy road. Ask for higher floors if you are light sleeper. We didn’t use any amenities so can’t comment and give it a 4 star.

Their service and environment are really nice; the staff is particularly friendly and helpful. One of the rooms’ air conditioning was out of order and it wasn’t fixed until the hotel prepared another room for us the next day.

Location is great; very close to the underground station, the place is fairly close to Qianhai district and Nantou historic town. There are good food and coffee places on the doorstep. The room is of good value for the quality and ambience. Parking is in a secured area and the hotel will cover the parking fee.

I finally got a different room for this business trip. The environment is still as clean and tidy as before. There is a robot, but maybe because it has been a long time, there is no whole house smart system and no smart toilet. I can consider improving it in the future.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, and it is convenient to go out for dining and shopping. The room is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. The front desk is also very good. Free upgrade, I will choose to stay next time.
