我對這家酒店的體驗感到非常失望，可以説它的表現相當差勁。從入住的那一刻起，就明顯感受到服務質量的不足。前台接待人員的態度顯得冷漠，對於客人的詢問和需求反應不夠迅速和熱情。進入房間後，發現房間內的設施陳舊，衞生狀況也未能達到令人滿意的程度，甚至有些地方還留有污漬和灰塵，這顯然不符合一般酒店應有的清潔標準。
此外，酒店的隔音效果也極差，夜晚能聽到隔壁房間的談話聲和走廊上的腳步聲，嚴重影響了休息質量。早餐的選擇也相當有限，品種單一且口味一般，難以滿足不同客人的需求。
總的來説，這家酒店在服務、設施、衞生以及餐飲等多個方面都存在着明顯的問題，讓人難以享受到應有的舒適和便利。對於期望獲得良好住宿體驗的旅客來説，這家酒店無疑是一個令人失望的選擇。希望酒店方面能夠重視這些問題，儘快進行改進，以提升整體的服務質量和客户滿意度。

在深圳住過那麼多青旅，這家青旅是我經常返回去住的青旅，位置方便，就在崗廈地鐵A出口附近，離我要去福田口岸是有3個地鐵站；其次是價格不貴，住宿環境不錯，住起來沒有異味，沒有亂哄哄，感覺還井井有條，老闆娘人相處起來令人舒服，管家人也很好，很好相處，不像有些青旅管理人員人還不知道在哪裡呢，還在那裡掛羊頭賣狗肉，各種假照片騙人，住一次就不會再光顧了，還想別人好評。希望老闆娘繼續保持🤣

地理位置很中心，附近都是高樓大廈，靠近地鐵口，走兩步就到了，不管是去高鐵站還是香港都挺方便的。青旅裏面設施齊全，有桌子沙發可以休息，還在這裏認識了幾個朋友，床位一人一個很方便，枕套床單都是一客一換的，乾淨整潔。非常推薦!

同樣的價位比周邊的好，交通方便，吃飯方便，主要是這個驛站老闆娘人挺好，管家也好，他們家規整，乾淨衞生，連續住過好多次了，我也住過附近的青旅，有些像難民營一樣，沒人管，臟亂差
