I would like to express my gratitude to the employee of the hotel, her name is Huang Minhui(黄鸭鸭) . It so happened that my wife forgot her phone in the taxi we took from the airport. Huang Minhui entered the position. She found the license plate number on the cameras. Then she called the taxi service. She found the driver's number there and the phone was found. Huang Minhui you are very kind and helpful, thank you very much!🫰🏻🤗 About the hotel, we liked everything, the rooms are very tidy and clean. A delicious breakfast was waiting for us in the morning.

Third time staying in this hotel. This is my go-to hotel when going in Shenzhen. About 20 minutes away from the airport (which is good for Shenzhen), and also close to our suppliers. There is also a bar/night club behind the hotel. A lot of food around the area also. I notice that the hotel is cleaner than before. One recommendation to the hotel: get rid of the carpets in the hallway! They stink!

The hotel was in a good location for what we needed and fairly straight forward to find. We arrived very late and check in was quick with staff being helpful. The entrance to the hotel is very modern and new, however, as soon as we got out the lift you could tell this was an old building. Room layout is very strange with the toilet directly next to the door. I didn't get a good sleep due to smoking odor, door alarms and other random noises. Teas, coffees and USB lead all provided, which was a nice comfort.

Highly recommended for travelers who need to spend a night near the airport. Basic and simple.

I was deeply impressed by the hotel I stayed in this time. Its overall decoration style reminded me of the Greek island of Santorini. The blue and white color matching and the simple yet elegant design created a Mediterranean romantic atmosphere. The room I chose was spacious and well-planned, and I felt very comfortable whether I was resting or working. The cleanliness of the hotel is also commendable. Every corner is well-organized, making people feel at ease. It is particularly worth mentioning that the shower gel provided by the hotel exudes a fresh and pleasant fragrance. Every bath is a kind of enjoyment, which makes me love this hotel even more.

Very close to the airport, near Polaroid, with comprehensive transportation, catering and entertainment facilities. Hotel hardware facilities, large parking lot, breakfast is just average, at the level of Four Seasons.

Clean and sanitary, breakfast and supper are available, the customer service Huang Yaya is very considerate and has a good attitude

The room is nice. The afternoon tea for two is also great. You can also go to the restaurant to eat noodles in the evening. The front desk service is very good. I highly recommend it. There is a shopping mall behind it, which is very convenient for going out to eat.
