The hotel's location is excellent, just a 1-minute walk from Metro exit B2. The staff might not seem very friendly, but they were helpful and provided a free internet code. The hotel doesn't have a lift, and we stayed on the 3rd floor, so carrying our luggage up was exhausting. The room had a large projector screen where we could watch movies.

Location is good. Near MRT. The reception people are not friendly. Just do the job. The room is big but got surprise that they only provide 2 pillow. I try to request 1 pillow also get rejected. I do inform that that I am coming with 2adult and 1 kid. The Shower was hot and strong but the get flooded easily because the hole is not fast enought flow out the water.
Ventilation is not good, can smell the cigrate smoke smell and sound proofing not too great.The floor is not that clean but it was okay.

This hotel looks down on guests who are continuing to stay. The front desk said that guests who are continuing to stay should do the cleaning at 4 o'clock. When I went out after 1 o'clock, I asked the cleaning lady to help with the cleaning. She said that it would be done later and I would go out at 3 o'clock. When I came back, I opened the door, but still nothing was done. The 300-pound woman who called the front desk said that if you want to extend your stay, you have to wait until 4 o'clock for cleaning. Is there any difference between extended stay and new stay? Will my extended stay cost a penny less or something? Are you so disrespectful to continuing guests? Also, I got angry, and my aunt came to do some cleaning. Moreover, she asked me to come in and move in when she was done. I went in and saw that none of the pillowcases or quilt covers had been changed. Should such a person’s salary be deducted? Such service? Do you just want to clean up if you are staying longer? I suggest that guests who continue to stay must change rooms, otherwise the hygiene will be unclean. And when I asked to change rooms, there was no room available, so if I wanted to check into a new room, I would have to wait until after 5 o'clock. Serious service issues.

I just got off the plane and stayed in Shenzhen. The price/performance ratio is quite high in Shenzhen. There were no foreign objects on the bed. It was very clean. It is next to the subway entrance.
