This place was very affordable and a convenient. It is close to the beach and had a great view. The housekeeper was amazing and allowed me to leave my luggage there after check out. The room was fairly clean.

This is a good value guesthouse very close to the beach. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around but this can be a problem if you want to sleep early. I was kept awake by some terrible karaoke and noise from inside the guesthouse. There were also fireworks all night, but that might only be an issue close to new year time.
