It’s hard to describe. There are four children at the front desk, half of whom are staying there, talking and laughing. Any question you ask them must be asked at least two or three times before you can hear it clearly. You are not qualified to be a front desk at this level...Ctrip Platform Flower The room upgrade/afternoon tea that can be redeemed by points is not included. There should be breakfast because I saw there is a restaurant, but the front desk didn't say a word about it. In the room, hair, body hair...the sink was blocked, and the water didn't drain all night until check-out. This Lavande is the dirtiest and messiest store under the Jinjiang Group I have ever seen...

Service: The service from the man at the front desk was very poor. He looked like he owed him a million.

I have stayed in the hotel many times, and the front desk helped me upgrade the room. The stay was very comfortable and the experience was good. Basically, I choose to stay in this hotel when I come to Shenzhen. There is free parking and buffet breakfast.
