四月份住的，當時拍了照片準備評價的，但是忘記了，提供免費的空調 WiFi ，有廚房，老闆明天都過來打掃衞生，廁所是蹲坑，有的房間裏有獨立衞生間，還客廳有帶鎖的小櫃子

公寓地址不明確，兩個小時找不到，房間標識不明確沒有表明是男是女，打電話才知道是男生的，確認訂單後無法退款，而且標明雙人間可2人入住，但是衹是把你塞進一個房間和別人一起住。

錯過高鐵臨時訂的，離北站一站距離的青旅紅山站會有更好的選擇，一樣的價格環境截然不同……衹是趕車過夜的話還是可以的，房東人很好會到村口接人幫忙拎行李……窗户上連接空調外機的洞很大，看到老鼠們🐀在緊挨着窗户旁的管道上肆意奔跑的場面還是過於沖擊了……

老闆服務非常熱情，熱情的指路，熱情的介紹房間內的設施，會主動問你需不需要鑰匙和儲物櫃，會提前鋪好床，並且退房之後退鑰匙按金也是非常的快速，整套房裡都是小姐姐，小姐姐們也很好説話，總之非常好，下次再去深圳還去這家旅社嘻嘻。

照片與實際不符，描述與實際有弊端。1.沙發床就是在大廳空餘的地方放個沙發讓你睡覺即可（本房間別人的床位都從你這裏經過）。2.我換了個四人間，有一種怪怪的味道很難聞，沒有窗户，公共廁所，沒有洗漱用品，老闆收了我40塊錢一天。3.周圍環境不好，交通狹窄，吃飯也不方便。4.住了一天我就退房了，花了2塊錢做公交車，來到龍華中心小學對面住，單人間，有35一天的，有40一天的，我住了40一天的，有大窗户，房間光線好，準備住三天。
