A very nice hotel to stay. The receptionists for night shift I met during my stay were friendly and I got my room free upgraded! Highly recommend this hotel. About 10mins walk to the nearest metro station. About 3mins walk to the nearest bus station. Very convenient.
办理入住时已经是晚上6点多，前台服务很好还提醒我订的房没窗户，前台还免费升级了我的房型让我欣赏了深圳夜景，太感谢了！入住期间晚上的前台服务人员都很好，推荐悦得闲餐厅的早茶也好好吃！

Nice and cozy bed room, decent breakfast for the price and great view from dining hall. Great location, attached with medium size shopping mall.

The location is convenient, especially if you are coming from Hong Kong. Front desk staff 阿偉 is very kind, who gave up a free room upgrade and also extended our checkout time. We had a great stay!

the room is good and spacious, HD projector with good sound effect. Only issue is without window which is a bit more stuffy but overall is nice
