Very friendly service. Very beautiful design. Superior suite is really comfortable. Sandwiches and coffee on first floor are good. Overall we had a great experience.

Room size is nice and the room decoration is as description! Highly recommend this hotel because of the service - it is impeccable! The staff/butlers are very attentive and efficient, all our requests were fulfilled 👍 Big shout out to the in-room water kettle and coffee making equipments!!! They are definitely not your regular ones and we enjoyed our time making coffee/tea in the room during our stay 👏👏👏

The location of this hotel is right in the middle of Nantou ancient city where there is a lot of sightseeing places and food. The architecture and the design of the hotel is amazing and one can feel really at home.

I have never leave a message but this is the first one. They have outstanding service and high quality of equipment in the place. The butler service is an extra surprise and the butler assisted us during the journey. All in all, I will highly recommended this hotel.

Nantou Village is a great place. This hotel allowed foreigners versus the AirBnB locations due to regulations. NAT testing was on site next to hotel also. Place was great, still electrical issues with lights and elevator. Restaurant and bar inside not open. Price was 1300 with an upgrade to the 2000 yuan room. Met manager/owner, not sure. Paul was apologetic about closure. So I got a free calendar and book with upgrade. I still think a gift card for the future restaurant and bar would have been best. No coffee tea time in lobby… waited five minutes for a check in employee that another guest from Taiwan needed to message. But Paul was very nice upon contacting him for help to get service. simply not ready to be open at that price, but if fully operating, I will go back. Nantou Village is amazing, and they gladly held my shopping bags each time I came back with one. I must add it was an odd weekend with city testing going on, but that part was not an issue anywhere in Shenzhen. Safe, great view, room had lots of books and snacks.

I used to work in Shenzhen and have been following Youxiong for a long time. This time I came back and brought my dad to stay here. I thought the room should be small, but it turned out to be quite big and the design was very delicate. It was also very clean, and the floor was the kind that you could walk on happily. I especially like the design of the small tea room. After coming back tired from walking, I ate fruit and drank tea there, which was very relaxing. In addition, the hotel is also equipped with a butler. You can contact them at any time if you have any questions. The butler's service is also very good, and you feel at home. Originally, I only stayed for one night, but I added another night in the end. Overall, I was very satisfied!

As a designer, I can appreciate Neri&Hu's dedication and warmth in design. Although it is a continuation of some of the shadows of the Water House, the sudden appearance of the urban village still has some surprises. The morning coffee and small pastries are also good, and the service is warm and delicate. I will come again next time when the weather is good.

I saw a lot of Neri&Hu’s usual techniques. The structure is very clever and the ocean board is used very well. However, the size control still needs to be strengthened with hotel experience.

I'm glad that I chose Youxiong in Nantou Ancient City as my first stop in Shenzhen. I really like the fusion of the old and the new in the ancient city, and I like the design of the hotel. The bedding is very comfortable and clean. The housekeeper changed the latex pillow for me, and I slept a high-quality sleep. The latex pillow is so comfortable to sleep on~ The single sofa is tasteful and super comfortable to sit on. It's very immersive to sit and read at night. The lighting is also very comfortable. Although the windows in the room cannot be opened, it is not stuffy at all. The fruits sent are very sweet, and the capsule coffee is delicious. The hotel is very quiet as a whole, and the ancient city is really worth staying for a few days to experience it slowly. This trip was rushed and I only stayed for one day, which was not enough. Looking forward to coming again next time~
