I stayed 4 nights at this hotel and I didn't recommend you guys to stay here if you don't smoke. I can feel it's smell in the air when I open room door or exit door to go to Landry room at 29th floor. I can't imagine if this hotel can be considered as 4-star hotel because its wall is too dirty and needs to be fixed ASAP.
You will have breakfast at 3rd floor, this room is quite small, and staffs only speak Chinese.

The room was upgraded for free, the service attitude was very good, the hotel room was also very good, the environment was good, there were free supplies, the TV was very big, and the air conditioning was very good.

Very nice and quiet hotel in Shenzhen. Look for Liang-Liang, he is super helpful during my stay. Very friendly and helpful.

Located inside the office building , built in car park . The sandal were all wet and not one-time-use , hygiene is so-so.

The hotel is very nice and all the facilities work as advertised. The staff was helpful and responsive. However the location is in an office building heavy neighborhood and there were not many good food options within walking distance. I would not say the subway is easily accessible either. However, it was not difficult/expensive to take a taxi to more restaurant focused neighborhoods.
