Great location above the mall in Nan Shan district. Mall has a variety of shops including hey tea. 大家乐 is right around the corner as well to grab a bite. 7 eleven is just across the lobby entrance. Bed was comfortable. Room is clean and of good size for a serviced apartment. Condition could be improved though.

Connected to the shopping mall, the staff were all friendly, and the breakfast was great. I will definitely come back next time!

Price higher than neighboring ones. Rooms my friends booked granted bigger room than mine. But hotel is nice and location

Good location, easy to find food and direct to mall, every go to shenzhen must booking this hotel

Very large and clean apartment, we were upgraded to a 2 room suite which was very nice of them.
Convenient location with shopping mall and next to subway station.
We would stay again.

Nice location and all-purpose shopping downstairs.
The service at the front desk is decent, like the takeaway delivery robot who delivers takeaway to your room timely.
The swimming pool is dark and small. Other than that, my stay with a 3 families in the 3-room executive suite was very nice. Definitely will stay again for family or couple trip just to enjoy the food in the mall and get away for a weekend.

Great for large parties and families. Apartments are spacious and customer service is fantastic. Facilities (indoor pool, kids play area, gym) are decent. Located on top of a shopping mall, so can be convenient...just not in the most exciting part of town, but that can be remedied with technology (i.e. Didi).

This is definitely the best hotel I've stayed in Shenzhen. I arrived an hour early for check-in and it was no problem. The wonderful receptionist (I didn't get her name), she found out that it was my birthday and after an hour of my check in someone knocked on my door, it was a bottle of sparkling wine given to me as a birthday present from the management, it was so nice of them. I also got a special meal from breakfast, I felt like all staff knew it was my birthday. It was great! The staff. The swimming pool was also great with a beautiful view. The room, spottless! I would definitely come back, for sure. 10/10! I uploaded some photos for all future guests to see. Thank you, Ascott. See you soon.

Nice facilities and clean place. You can enjoy your hot spring here. Also, can make your own meal.

The 3rd time at this hotel / service apartment already, everything perfect again! All staff are helpful and polite. Great facilities with good indoor pool with jacuzzi, has steam and sauna, gym, a small movie theater, and many outdoor resting areas. Hotel has an exit direct to shopping mall downstairs with many restaurants, supermarket, ktv, cinema… and opposite hotel has ATM and convenient store!! Excellent location. Comfortable room with sofa, full kitchen for cooking, washing machine with dryer at room, has both shower and bathtub (with a bag of bath salt refilled every day!). Great value for money!

Spacious and clean room, there is a kitchen, washing and drying machine too. Quite nice stay overall.
