The exterior of the hotel could be deceiving but the interior and rooms are brand new looking. Location is great ! 5 minutes walk from the subway. Friendly staff!

There were hair leftover on the new bath towels and sheets are stained. Doors were very loud, we could hear other hotel guests door slamming on throughout the night.

The experience was very bad! There were three steps in the house, and there was no place to put the luggage! I slept in the room in the morning, and the hotel was very noisy! When I went out, I saw the carpet in the corridor blowing! There were a lot of cloths on the floor the night before, which felt very bad! Very bad! The front desk service attitude was stiff and unfriendly!
