Very good hotel, clean and big rooms.

The hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the location is not good, as it is a bit far from everything. I can recommend the hotel if you don't mind taking a taxi or didi to go somewhere.

The lobby counter, housekeepers, and restaurant waiters are all very kind, proactive in helping, and the cleaning is very clean. The only drawback is the facilities: the air conditioner in the room smells of cigarette smoke and plastic, and even if the air purifier is turned on, it can't be removed, making it impossible to sleep well at night. The wifi reception is poor and there is no way to access the Internet. Even the Yicheng housekeeper is very incompetent and cannot complete other commands except opening and closing the curtains.

Booked this for a colleague who was on a business trip. The feedback was good. The service provided by the lady who issued the invoice was very good. The environment was good and the price/performance ratio was high. I would choose this hotel again if I had the chance.

The hotel is fully intelligent, decorated in a new Chinese style, with excellent sanitary conditions and good service from the staff.
