We’ve planned to spend 3 days and 2 nights around Mission Hills area and came across this hotel.
This hotel deserves to be 5 stars! All the staffs were friendly and make an effort to assist if you don’t speak the language! The room itself it’s lovely! Spacious new and details oriented! We stay on the 18th floor, loved how they layout the bathroom separately on the toilet room. Bright and spacious def recommend! The only downside it’s the location as there is no mtr around or any eateries and the Didi taxi seems to get confused of the entrance. The breakfast was above average, they had a make to order congee station and noddle as well. And if you ask nicely they can make you fresh eggs as well.

Outstanding hotel. It is a high-class luxurious hotel. Property is new, and the room and bathroom are very spacious and refined. The facilities are clean and very well kept. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. Good location for my purpose. Breakfast at 1st floor restaurant, buffet style, and a cook on-site, and a large uge variety of dishes. There is a full-fledged gym with treadmills, machines, and free-weights. Laundry with washers and dryers in the hotel free to use. Service is spectacular, aligned with the customary excellent Chinese hospitality.

Great stay. I’ve booked here at least 5 or 6 times by now. It’s a great deal for the brand new hotel. Everything is new. Nothing is worn. Shower and bathroom are nice. Shower has the rainfall head. Breakfast buffet on point. Walking distance to the convenience store and a couple of places to eat. Shot out to fish king. There is also a sushi place and a spot with western food.

The room is kids friendly with birthday decorations. My kids are happy, dinner buffets are also very good and variety choices. My kids want to stay longer!

Great value and high quality hotel, excellent and friendly service, good food reasonably priced, large well equipped gym, free laundry facilities, friendly to non-Chinese guests, huge modern, comfortable and stylish rooms. Will be staying here again!

Highlight of this hotel would be the nicely decorated and facilitated room and concierge.
The female staff Lucky was very helpful and friendly. Also, the bedroom came with a bathtub and a seperated showering area which was a plus. The breakfast was decent with good mix of chinese and western choices. Coming with toasts, pancakes, cereal, fried eggs, omelettes, sausage, bacon & ham which were not always available during breakfasts at the hotels in China.
