The room was quite big, and it was clean after cleaning. The front desk staff was very serious and enthusiastic. There is a convenience store downstairs, and it is very close to the convention center. The only downside is that the wireless network in the house is too poor, often disconnected, and it is not easy to connect. The TV has no network.

This time I was on a business trip and stayed at this Vienna Hotel near Baoan Convention and Exhibition. The experience was really bad. The service at the front desk was not good and the staff looked stern as if they owed her something. There was garbage in the trash can of the room that had just been checked in. Can such a room be checked in for guests? After I told the front desk staff about this, they asked me back? I thought it was impossible, as if I was questioning. Also, the breakfast bowls were dirty and black. Would you use these bowls to eat after washing the bowls like this? The hygiene was very poor. I will not stay here a second time. Bad review... If there are other hotels around, I don’t recommend you to come to this one! Although most people choose this place because they come to the exhibition, is the level of service in all aspects of the hotel like this? ? I have stayed in so many Vienna hotels all over the country, and this is the first time I give a bad review. This hotel left a very bad impression on me!

The room was OK and it was close to the airport, so it was very convenient to travel. But the overall feeling was old and not clean enough, especially the disposable combs. I don't know why they looked like they were recycled and not cleaned properly after being disassembled.
