I got up on the morning of December 27 and fell down the stairs after going to the toilet (I was wearing disposable slippers provided by the hotel at the time). I fell flat on the ground for almost 10 minutes and couldn't get up. It was very painful to walk afterwards. The next day, when the aunt was cleaning, she knew that I fell and asked about my situation very carefully, and provided solutions (replace rubber slippers, have medicated oil to help wipe, and towels can be placed on the ground to absorb moisture). Because I bought slippers on the night I fell, it was not a problem that the bathroom floor was wet, and I didn't bother the aunt to apply medicated oil, so I declined all the above plans. Every time I met later, I would ask about my injury kindly. Thank you very much for the cleaning aunt's concern! ! ! ! The 1 point deducted for the service is the guy at the front desk. I reported the situation to him when I went downstairs for breakfast after I fell. He didn't care about the guest's situation at the first time, but preconceived that I fell because I was wearing slippers in the bathroom and touched the water... I don't want to reply to him, but I think it is very unprofessional. First of all, the ground was dry when I got up in the morning, and the slippers were not wet in the bathroom. How come I was wearing wet slippers when I came up? It's really funny... Second, he didn't care about the guest's injury at the first time, didn't provide a solution, and only mocked. What do you think? ? Okay, the above is the service part I want to talk about. By the way, the breakfast aunt is also very good! ! The hotel's hygiene and facilities are quite good. As for the environment, it will be a little noisy because it is close to the street downstairs and there are food stores. Sometimes it is quite noisy in the early morning.

The hotel is very close to Futian Port. It only takes a few minutes to take a taxi. The hotel is very close to the subway station. It is very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are very polite and friendly, especially bobo and angel👍

The room hygiene, accommodation environment, and front desk service are all average, nothing much to say. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, and the outsourced dining area is small, with limited reception capacity. There are only a few dining tables. If more than three people order food at the same time, you will probably have to wait for the service staff to prepare it (personal real experience). The old lady in charge of serving food is too picky and not very friendly, so the dining experience is not good. If you are in a hurry in the morning, turn right and 30 meters away from the hotel is McDonald's. It is recommended that you consider going there for breakfast if you must stay. The food should be better at the same price, at least it will be more comfortable.
