location was at a not very touristy area but we got to experience the local's life and there were many supermarkets and shops nearby and it was close to an mtr station

The hotel itself isn’t bad, but the TV didn’t work; and the staff bothered me several times throughout my stay. Knocking on my door at 11:00 at night for nonsense. I felt I couldn’t actually relax and enjoy my stay at this hotel, especially since there was constant noise outside from the staff. I felt I had no privacy and overall, I would not stay at this hotel again.

A bit helpless. The lock of the first room was broken. I called the front desk. They said they knew the lock was broken and told us to go downstairs and change to another room. If it was broken, they would not let guests check in. The second room was leaking again. The floor was wet. The most important thing is!!! ⚠️ There was no hot water!! The water we took a shower in was not even warm. It was colder than warm water. 🥶 Avoid thunder sisters!! It was really small and depressing. The lighting was very dim!!
