Shenzhen Sea World Grand Orchid White Dew Hotel Reviews

If you are traveling lately (Oct 2024), you should be aware the entrance is at the Grade Hotel lobby. The reception is on the 11th floor once you get out of the elevator go left. (There is no major sign in the elevator). The hotel is a hidden gem. The location is amazing, close to great restaurants and attractions and it's right on top of a mall. Plenty of food downstairs and nearby, yet the room is super quiet, and clean (it's on 10th, 11th, and 12th floor). The water pressure is amazing, and you can use voice control (if you know Chinese, I haven't tried English) to control the curtain, and lights, etc. The room is clean, both in the bathroom and the bed. The staff is amazing. They are friendly and helpful and polite. Oh, the internet is fast, too. With the price it's truly a hidden gem. Will revisit.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Excellent location. Walking distance from lots of restaurants. The rooms have very nice views of Shenzhen. Would definitely recommend

Good experience as usual. Constantly stay in this hotel when travelling to SZ.

My go to place to stay in Shekou. Next to metro station line 2 shui wan. I only stay in their king bed panoramic city view. Staff do not speak English but very helpfull. The breakfast is worth the $ 2 (i think this is the price since mine was already included in my room rate). New modern building with fantastic high pressure rain-fall shower. but beware as with allmost all 3 to 4 star chinese brand hotels, eventhough smoking is not allowed in room, nevertheless, guest routinly ginore.

They could use some small spoons or wooden sticks in the room to help stir the coffee bag they provided! Also the breakfast area, they could also separate the tables further so we don’t get to sit with 5 other people at the same time! Other than these two suggestions, they are a perfect hotel! Very convenient, clean and good price.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Close to the subway and restaurant. The Seaworld only 10 min walk or 1 metro stop

Great location right above Shuiwan station and walking distance to SeaWorld and G&G Art hub exhibition space. Staff were very helpful when switching rooms because of a lighting issue. Rooms are spacious with all mod cons like mini bar fridge and kettle and wardrobes for hanging important clothing. They also offer a simple buffet breakfast in the mornings. Will gladly stay here again

I booked this hotel based on the review. It's Worth enough. Rooms are about so big. And staffs on the front desk are friendly and nice. What's important is room are hygiene And clean., It's really spacious rooms are big.

Good location.Hotel can reach by metro from airport T3.just about 100 meters from the suiwan station.Surrounding a lot of restaurants and sea world is about 10 minutes walks from hotel.Beside hotel have a supermarket 盒马先生，very convenient and family fart is just beside the hotel (hotel lobby is at 11 floors)breakfast is not much choice but very delicious.room is clean and have TV.air conditioner function well.the staffs are polite and very friendly.Will stay again if come to Shenzhen.

We stayed 1 night..room was smaller as compared to shenzhen standard.. rest everything was fine.. we did not tried breakfast. Kind of Budget hotel feel

When I couldn't find the hotel, the receptionist came to pick me up. The room was clean and the view was great. It was a great hotel. I would like to stay here again when I visit Shenzhen.

Hotel with no lobby sharing lifts with other hotel and offices? How can this be a Four Stars hotel? And I believe they paid for the reviews too, anyways, it’s ok for business travellers who wake up early in the morning because it was noisy after 8am.
