The description of room was misleading - it stated landmark views with a balcony. It made it misunderstood that the inn is right next to the Windows of the World and I could enjoy a view of the beautiful entrance of the attraction. In fact, it's not! It's only facing a car park or a shopping mall at a distance. Can't say it's a view not to mention "landmark"! The room I was given in the first place had no balcony at all, I changed to another one later. The door of the room was uneasy to open, I tried at least 3-4 times each time when leaving my room. Very limited seats in breakfast room. Limited food in variety and even quantity. Location is good, the Windows of the World is 2 mins away on foot and a metro station (exit I) is just a footstep away.

The hotel is currently under renovation. So sometimes as early as 6am the workiers started working at times they end at 12 midnight. Very hard to get a good night sleep. Breakfast is poor and has less to choose from. But staff are helpful and location is great, near to Windows of the world. There is a shopping mall and metro station near the hotel.

This is the disgusting hotel I stayed in Shenzhen 🤮 first of all very old types hotel and smelly..Its looks beautiful from outside but opposite inside...and bathroom basin is leaking water and it's direction where you stand.so Everytime you use basin your shirt or pant become wet.. everyone telling location is good but I didn't find a small shop to buy a bread after walking 1 miles around... there is no breakfast in hotel that's why I wanted to buy bread.. I requested for late check out , they directly showed me WeChat payment...to pay more 88 RMB... 🤪 thre is a lady in reception..she don't know how to behave and talk with their customer... if you want to see window of the world you can choose any hotel near any subway station . don't need to stay this hotel ( city inn..). for window of the world purpose because subway line is very spreading and fast in Shenzhen

The hotel has an amazing location, it's very near the Window of the World and the subway station and many restaurants and there's a mall too. The room was quite small but looked clean. They don't have an elevator at the hotel or have but it's not working. Also, rooms don't have a fridge. Anyway, it's good just for sleeping in and visiting the Window of the world. Not all receptionists speak English.

Although there is a parking lot of Window of the World next to it, Window of the World will not allow entry during holidays! Even guests are not allowed to enter! Imagine that outsiders go outside to find a parking lot according to the navigation and the front desk, and go around for more than an hour. The parking space here is full! The parking space there is full! ... What kind of collapse mood! What kind of experience! ! ! In addition! There is an unpleasant and strong smell of mothballs as soon as you get out of the elevator! ! ! The biggest advantage is that it is only more than 100 meters from the entrance of Window of the World, which is very convenient for the whole family to stay, and the style street next to it is also quite distinctive. The facilities of the inn are relatively old and ordinary. The double bed room is relatively small, and there is only one chair, and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The breakfast is average. I had diarrhea after eating it, but my companions did not.

The room is a bit old but very clean, the bedding is also clean, it is right at the subway exit I, and it takes 2 minutes to walk to the Window of the World Park. The breakfast is simple and nutritious. The air-conditioning outlet is facing the bedside, and the wind blows my face dry and my throat hurts at night. The bed board is hard, especially the large air-bag pillow is really uncomfortable, and my neck is also stiff. I got up in the middle of the night to block the air outlet and used clothes as a pillow. I didn't sleep well all night. Maybe you can't ask too much for more than 200.

The elderly brought their children to Shenzhen Window of the World. The hotel is right at the entrance of Window of the World, just outside the subway exit I. The room was given to us at around 12 o'clock. Thank you very much. There are many places to eat at Yitian Holiday Plaza opposite. It is very convenient.

The decoration of this hotel is very princess-like, it feels like being wrapped in a castle, and the window of the world is right outside. At night, you can also watch the light show of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony in the room, which is amazing~
