It is quite convenient place for staying in Shenzhen, just near to electronics market, downstairs have alot of food shops , cooperative staff , worker staff no 10 lady is very cooperative. Even can delay the checkout time

It is a converted office building but the room layout is excellent for the price. I did have to wait 20 minutes for receptionist, there was a number but I didnt have a local phone number to call it. The room was nice, location is close to Electonics city which is nice for traders.

It’s called Executive but there was nothing “executive” about these apartments. The apartment is tired in appearance and very basic in amenities. The bed was like seeping on a hardwood box, pillow very cheap. Towels clean and fresh. There is also a small kitchenette with stove and fridge, but not one piece of cutlery or plate or pan to enable its use. Very disappointed with our stay, although the staff were helpful and did their best to help where they could

I stayed in this hotel several times, and although there were some things I felt were lacking, such as one night I was told that they had not paid the landlord in time, which resulted in water and electricity being cut off, and I had to change rooms temporarily. But I thought that everyone had a hard time, so I didn't care. The first time I gave them a bad review was because I spent nearly 10,000 yuan on accommodation, but they left a piece of clothing there, and asked the courier to return it. They were unwilling to bear the courier fee for old customers and insisted on paying on delivery. I felt that my empathy was a bit redundant and disappointed.
