Front desk staff was very friendly to have upgraded our room! We had a comfy stay with a big room and there’s a balcony outside so we could enjoy some drinks outdoor.
We went to the gym which has treadmill and some dumbbells. It provided towel and bottle water.
The room service and room supplies were brought up by an automatic bot which is cute and easy to use.
Overall, the experience is great and we will be back!

Bed bugs in the room… blood stains in the sheets, don’t book plenty of other options.
The hotel changed us to another room, but the itch and the feeling of staying in unsanitary conditions certainly didn’t go away…

Excellent hotel. Emily, Luna, Mia, and Amber were all very helpful. The room was very clean and the staff was great. The robot brings delivery to your door.

The hotel staff were very friendly and could all speak English really well.
I was happy with the mini bar and my hotel window review which was really spectacular at night time. Hopefully I will be back next time I visit Futian for the weekend!
