I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Karen Boutique Hotel (Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center) in Shenzhen, China. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center and a variety of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and a nice view. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but overall, the room was well-maintained and met my expectations. The hotel's service was also top-notch, with the front desk staff being particularly helpful in providing travel guidance and recommendations. One of the standout features of the hotel was its cleanliness. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Upgraded room to my booking this time. Rooms are modern & nice. More restaurants, supermarkets & convenient shop at there. Hope to stay here in future.

Recommended hotel.

The location of the hotel is near Huaqiang North station (Metro Line 2). It was about 700-800m. Quite accessible by walking. Strategic since it is in Futian. Taxi/Didi also can be accessed there. Although the outer appearance of the hotel looked old, we were quite surprised the room and toilet inside was very clean.

Place is Very good and clean. Friendly location public transportation near by. And good restaurants close by plus shopping area

The help desk reception ladies are really very, very nice, so kind, and they are giving the best service, and they also guide how to travel in shenzhen how to take the metro best hotel service in 🇨🇳 CHINA.

If you don't like the smell of cigarettes and smoke, this hotel is not for you. The whole room smells like cigarettes. The bathroom is full of old dirt and stains. If you can pay 100 rmb more, there are way better options nearby.

i can't sleep this hotel. sooo soooooo noisy wall is noisy. air condition is noisy.

Staff was very good and try to help for everything.
