這個價格入住這個賓館真的是超值，下次有機會一定會再來，挺乾淨的，住在這裏交通便利，不遠處就有地鐵口以及公交車，交通算是便利的。

地點： 位置在福田區，從皇崗或福田口岸地鐵坐四個站到「上沙站」，然後步行大約12分鐘就到酒店。
環境： 附近有很多食肆、超市、便利店，還有一個新的很大的「中洲湾」現代化商場。所以吃和購物都很方便。
服務： 服務員態度有禮。
設施： 酒店房間乾淨衛生，浴室有基本用品及提供電水壼。
特色： 接近地鐵站，交通方便。
缺點：沒有雪櫃。
總結：房價便宜，性價比高。

賓館營業了很多年頭，房間已經老舊 ，一分錢就是一分貨，要押金50起，沒有瓶水提供，新式經濟型精品酒店已免押金政策 提供咖啡茶水為了吸引住客
