攜程上訂了房，一推門房間煙味之大，給嗆出來了，到前台換房間，給前台小哥反饋了問題，糊弄客人説是給升級個房型當陪不是，開門居然是一模一樣房型，這就過分了，油滑缺乏誠意，而且換了房過道旁邊放了兩台做清潔的推車，堆着清理換下來的臟床單，完全沒服務標準啊這是！

酒店挺大氣，房間的衞生很好，房間的一次性用品挺齊全的，這一點老闆為客人考慮的挺周全，為每一位客人的衞生健康着想，離大浪商業中心很近，我們過去吃飯逛街看電影，裏面特別多小吃，然後吃完飯走着去陽台山公園遛彎兒，回來以後看到前台很耐心的在講解停車場怎麼走，怎麼掃碼進出，同時看到我們也會進行一個打招呼問候，因為我們辦理入住的時候，就是問前台這邊是否哪裡有吃喝玩樂的地方，前台也很細心的給我們講解。指引我們怎麼搭車怎麼走，然後看到我們回來了也會進行一些問候，比如説好不好玩吶？吃的好不好吃啊？雖然是一些簡單的問候，但是就會讓我們的心裏特別的暖。

位置靠近大浪時尚小鎮，維也納翻牌過來的，臨街、整體衞生和便利性尚可，房間煙味🚬很大，鋪面而來，讓前台小哥換了個高樓層的，忽悠我説給升了級，其實就是一樣的房型，糊弄客人很不好！👎

因在深圳工作，也有開車，每天晚上都到不同酒店住宿每晚都玩一間酒店，應該都算是經常探店。
這間酒店一進去先辦理好酒店卡，然後準備上去在電梯旁有很多歐陸式倣畫，房間衛生程度不錯，出差是一個不錯選擇
